I scheduled a mobile clean and it was too dirty for that, so they came and picked it up. They spent five hours on my truck and it is cleaner than it was the day I bought it. They are transparent and have amazing customer service!”

“Omg!! Where do I start! I sent an email asking about a vehicle. Immediately had a response From a young lady who advised me to come on in and was advised to ask for her manager. I walked in, greeted very friendly by the manager who immediately introduced me to a Sales Consultant Joe D'Angelo * Right away Joe sat me down and he took notes on what i was looking for,and saw an Explorer on line. It didn't take long for him to bring it around front. "Lets go" then opened the door for me to climb in. He joined me in the passenger seat and proceeded to tell me all about the Bells and Whistles. Very knowledgeable In answering all my questions, then went for a test drive. Joe made me feel very comfortable in the driver's seat. Great personality, we clicked and he never felt like a stranger, never made me feel uncomfortable. He wasn't pushy, He listened to me, to what I was looking for, the reason I wanted an SUV,... camping, travel, work... Being a woman i didn't want to feel taken for granted like we don't know anything about cars. I did my homework and had questions. Joe was perfectly patient and helped guide me. I'm 66 and the years are speeding by. Thinking and hoping this is my last vehicle I will buy, I wanted to feel in my gut a good decision. I left, I had more homework said I'd get back to him. He gave me his cell # told me to text him so we could keep in touch, no preasure!... I went to 3 other dealers all different. Not one of them was as attentive and as knowledgeable of what they showed me. The next day I sent Joe a text asked him to get the Explorer cleaned up and ready. Greeting me again the Explorer parked right in front ready to take a drive again. Everything about it was awesome, my only concern was gas mileage, we talked of how much I was willing to spend, he then told me of another newer, less mileage, and a 4cyl. I perked up and ok! went to look, drive, and SOLD !! He said as we were walking out to see it that it was going to be exactly what I wanted! It was !! PERFECT AND ME!! The whole process working with Joe and the Planet Ford team was Awesome! Easy! and don't think I've ever smiled so much! I am the Proud owner of a 2020 Ford Explorer! “Best Car Detailing in the Business!!!I had an emergency due to my new puppy having a serious accident in my car and having kids was a no go. I would post before pictures but I don't think anyone should see the detrimental condition of my poor SUV. ?? ??? So, I searched locally for a detailing place and everywhere I called either was too expensive or was already closed. I called ahead of time to check these guys and the receptionist was so kind and helpful and allowed me to come in at 5p even though they usually stop detailing at 4:30p. When I arrived, I spoke with the manager, Mr. Jerry, and he asked his employer Jesus if he was willing to take the job knowing he only had an hour to finish this extreme last minute emergency. Jesus made sure that my car looked brand new! I am so grateful for Papi's Car Wash and Detail. The price was reasonable and this company truly cares about their customers. I am definitely saving them and returning the next time I need my car detailed and would highly recommend them to anyone who would like to experience true old fashioned car detailing service with a smile ?. It’s super close to my house, some of the vacuums are not available but overall it’s a very nice place to give a nice threat to your car. “Did a bad job on detailing my car , they left 1 seat not cleaned and didn’t clean the shift gear, and told them to clean my trunk and that was not done , the car was still dirty in places that were hard to reach but could have been reached if they tried , plus they didn’t clean between the cracks and my center console was not cleaned, go to a better detail shop if u can , they did a good job refunding me my money , that’s the only thing good that was done , they try to scam u and have u pay a lot of money just to do a clean that I could have done”

“This car wash has changed ownership. It is now called The Best Car Wash. I was very impressed with their work. I had been off road camping in a very dusty and then muddy location so my truck was full of mud and dust. I had them wash and detail both the inside and outside of my vehicle. I had them clean the inside of the truck bed which is covered by a camper shell and was especially caked in mud. They also cleaned the engine. Everything came out sparkling clean and was completed in a little over an hour! I was impressed with the engine cleaning as it looks almost brand new. The truck bed was also cleaner than I've been able to get it myself in the past. It was completed for, what I believe, was a very fair price. If you live in the North Oak Cliff area, I would highly recommend their services. Looks like they also have locations on Hampton Road and Buckner Blvd.”
