Once the woman finally comes over she’s clueless about the prenatal vitamins and doesn’t try to get someone with knowledge about them. The other location on Red Bird there is a guy who is very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. For this to be a bigger store I expected better customer service support.Updated 3/4/24I am redacting my review as the owner Micah was very apologetic, responsive, and made it right! “Sprouts is hands down my favorite grocery store chain. I've been to 4 other locations across DFW, but this one has to be my favorite! This location is in a rather unassuming parking lot/plaza.. but don't judge a book by its cover. The inside is very modern and new looking. There's lots of cute decorations. Everything was very neat and clean. There's a great selection of products that I haven't seen at other Sprouts locations. Customer service is excellent! Everyone here was so friendly. There are self-check out lanes as well. I had an adrenaline rush throughout my shopping journey (I spent WAY longer inside than intended) as there were many great deals hidden in each aisle.”

“Great staff! We were those people who came in at 7:55 and they close at 8pm (yikes!). The guy who was working was Anthony and he was more than happy to help us! We just moved from NC and felt excited as this will be our go to GNC since we live right down the road. We apologized for staying after closing time but he was positive about staying and told us to take our time! I love this!”

All the employees are so friendly and the smoothies taste like love. Michael and Jacob are two young men who deserve a quick mention because their customer service is impeccable.
