“I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this deserved one. The young lady working the self-checkout was absolutely wonderful. She was polite, professional, and had a great attitude.
What really stood out to me was how she went above and beyond helping my elderly mother. My mom was confused about how the sale prices and discounts worked, and this young lady took her time explaining everything clearly and kindly, without rushing her or making her feel embarrassed. She even made sure everything rang up correctly before we left.
I truly appreciate seeing that kind of patience and respect. Customer service like that is rare these days. She deserves recognition and I hope the store knows what a great employee they have.”

“Well, I just started coming to speedy b’s and I find it a very very nice place to go. All the people who work there are pleasant one of the managers Omar is a very very nice guy and the man behind the counter is always pleasant with every one of us. It comes busy at certain times and I’m sure people get frustrated by the way but they’re very prompt and get everything done that you need just be patient and it just tells you the stores a very good store to go to they accommodate you with everything just wanted to let everybody know that just because somebody had a one-time misunderstanding or a bad experience does not mean that the whole store is a bad place to go it’s awesome try it out and if you did have a bad experience give it another shot I’m sure you’ll be happy with your results”
“I love Target but Target is taking on some of Walmart's practices. And we know that isn't a compliment! I despise having to check myself out when I'm shopping. During this visit, I had to check myself out and was paying cash. The young lady had to come over once to check my ID for my wine purchase. Then she had to come back to un-jam the machine because my bills were stuck in the cash thing. All of this could be avoided if they would just have cashiers in place to check us out!”

“I stopped by Kroger in Cedar Hill this morning to pick up a few items, and I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Jasmine.
While I was in the self-checkout line, one of my items wasn’t reflecting the 30% off promotion. Even though Jasmine was clearly busy assisting multiple customers, she came over right away and was beyond helpful, polite, and respectful. She quickly looked into the issue, kindly excused herself to help a few other guests, and then returned with a solution. She even took the time to manually adjust the price to make sure everything was correct.
Her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude truly set the tone for my day. It’s rare to encounter someone who leads with such patience and genuine care. Jasmine’s amazing heart and helpful spirit did not go unnoticed.
