The gentlemen working there got back to me very quickly and even called around to try to find a replacement. They didn't charge me a diagnostic fee since it couldn't be fixed. “I wanted to inform the manager of Miss Maria Zuniga. I came in the store and was looking for a basic refrigerator. I recently bought a house and needed on. I came into the section and she was helping a customer. I approach her, and inform her, that I would like her help after she finishes her transaction with this gentleman.
I observed her bring a freezer down and loaded it on the cart for her. Another co-worker was with her. That act of personal service was highly appreciated. I pointed to the make, model of what I wanted and we walked over to a workstation.
Her poise, her confidence and professionalism clearly showed, when she explained everything down to the smallest detail. Like a feller ?, I started to ask questions while she was explaining certain things. I appreciated her patience with me. Her true kindness ?. She earned my business that day! Since I've moved to Texas from South Florida, the professionalism and charm of Texas is such a breath of fresh air!
If this management team offer their employees bonuses for Christmas, I implore, I recommend, I compelled you, to bless this young lady. She is a true example of a hard working salesman, a genuine proud Texas and a fantastic human being!

“The staff was a great deal of help. Plenty of associates to assist. Before we could walk in good, one of the associates stopped my Grandmother to ask what she needed and was looking for. When she informed him of what she came to the store for, he directed her to the correct aisle.”
