Charged special dog fee, yet and still didn’t even do the whole service idk who it was. Didn’t even trim nails???? Why charge extra if you didn’t trim the nails???

Couldn't get the full service for my fur baby(my fault) but the 2 girls working were awesome. They were so sweet and helped me in the best way they could. Definitely bringing my baby back for service🥰

This store #3067 NEVER knows how to process online returns. I always have to go back and forth and the manager this time doesn't seem to care... DON'T RETURN TO THIS STORE.

Omg!
I took my dog for a simple bath and brush services and she came back super itchy and just eating away at her skin. I called the facility and informed them of the condition and they referred her to band field in which she now has patches missing and vomitting blood. I dont know what they are doing to the Animals there but be careful.

Do not bring your pet here for grooming!! The groomer I had a problem worth is Cherelle. She is very lazy and mishandled my 9m puppy for a bath and trim. When I brought him back to give someone else a try, somehow she took the appointment, and told me my dog was matted (which he is definitely not), then proceeded to tell me too take my dog home and come him out and come back. She is very rude, inexperienced, and has horrible customer service. I do not recommend this location due to poor service and inexperience.

If i could give one star i would the groomer at this locations suck big time my dog had brust and cuts on his skin and i never had this problems at any other pet smart the are lazy
