I called this branch and was told that I could walk in and receive 3 complimentary checks for my account. The manager and teller on duty insisted that no one worked at this location by "that name." They did verify that I called the correct number. So someone at this branch provided me with incorrect information and the manager was not willing to honor what I had been told.I wish they would have not made such a big deal over $3. Especially since I have been a customer for over 10 years.

If I could give 0 stars to this location I would. Worst customer service ever and worst experience I ever had. Miss Linda who helped me was rude and she even rolled her eyes. Thinking of changing banks because of this experience.

All associates and managers just stared at me upon arrival with no greeting, but I got in line like a normal person and then the bank teller informed me. Overall it worked out Coleman took care of me shortly after and I really appreciated his guest recovery!

This is the absolute worst group of Wells Fargo employees on the planet. Rude and slow. Waited in line for 25 minutes behind 2 cars to make a deposit.

The level of service, courtesy and competence provided by Larhonda LaCour, the actual branch manager at Cedar Hill branch is very low level. Her hands are tied from access to complete banking records and her ability to correct fee errors by the bank is so limited by Wells Fargo policies that she is not able to effect reasonable accomidations or resolutions for customers. If you are in search of a banking experience straight out of the 1970’s , this is the place to be.If you want a more modern relationship with your bank, go anywhere else !

I came to this location unfortunately because the Duncanville location was closed. I had just wanted to get out $100 since my debit card was closed and I am waiting on the new one to come in since I was a victim of fraud. The teller called his manager over and she had me come sit with her just for her to tell me the check that I deposited on Wednesday was not cleared! I HAVE BEEN WITH WELLSFARGO WAY OVER 5 YEARS AND HAVE DEPOSITS COMING INTO THE ACCOUNT OVER $100 and yall couldnt even try and verify the check!? I know how the system works because I used to work for wellsfargo! And unfortunately the two locations where I know the people are closed Saturdays now!!! Really contemplating on closing my accounts! Because now i cant get food or gas!

I got in line waited 15 minutes then I was able to move up. I paid my mortgage was the only thing I was doing at this bank. I was ahead of a car that pulled up after I sent my money and ID. But because they are Hispanic like Jocelyn the clerk they got helped first and the manager was so help as well discrimination I will never come back to this Wells Fargo my time is very much valuable.

Jocelyn, the teller was very helpful. I had made an appointment with a banker and told her and she told me I'd see Andre. When I sat with him, to have something notarizd, he was very unpleasant, to the level of being rude. He needs an attitude check.

This bank location is closed during regular business hours. It is NOT a federal holiday and their hours indicate they should be operating. They have a paper sign on the door. Are they closing this location? because if so that needs to be announced and customers need to be informed.

I should have read the rating of 2.2 stars before I went in. Avoid these folks especially Linda with her little attitude. So unprofessional...anyone else tired of loaning banks money?

Went in to open a business account and was met with ineptitude. After providing all the documents necessary, Andre, insisted he needed more information. Thankfully the Waxahachie location opened the account for us. I suggest additional training would go a long way here.

Worst customer service! I had an appointment for 12:00pm. I was on my lunch break so needed to get things taken care of so I wasn’t late getting back to work. At 12:06pm, my “banker” still wasn’t back from lunch yet. I’m sorry, but if you KNOW you have an appointment at a designated time, you should be back by then and not leave the customer waiting. I was told I would get a follow up call from my “banker” to see if I still needed help, and guess what…no call. They don’t care about their customers. Especially this location.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will be transferring my money to Chase first thing in the morning and leaving the bare minimum in this account. I have never received customer service so terrible at Chase Bank. These people at this branch are extremely LAZY!! Especially the banker. I do not recommend!!
