All associates and managers just stared at me upon arrival with no greeting, but I got in line like a normal person and then the bank teller informed me. Overall it worked out Coleman took care of me shortly after and I really appreciated his guest recovery!

Jocelyn, the teller was very helpful. I had made an appointment with a banker and told her and she told me I'd see Andre. When I sat with him, to have something notarizd, he was very unpleasant, to the level of being rude. He needs an attitude check.

Was told that I needed to come in and process a money order after I have been inconvenienced for the last two years with an unpredictable schedule of your lobby being open due to Covid 19.
