The staff is very nice! I am frustrated that there isn't a changing table in the bathroom though, this is incredibly inconvenient for parents with young children and babies...

Sherri is an excellent person, she checks that everything is fine, she is very friendly and helped us open my cousin's account. Sofia is an excellent agent, she assisted us and explained everything in detail about the process we needed to do!! This agency is highly recommended.
