“For the most part, they are great. However, I did just have an interesting interaction with one of their customer service reps via phone. I was told they have the wrong address for me when my current address is the only address they have. The rep was pretty much arguing with me saying my current address is incorrect and I need to fill out a form to change it. Why would they mail me things to my current address if they didn’t have this one on file? ? But overall, velocity is pretty great. One interaction with one person doesn’t change that.”

The staff have been extremely helpful and have always gone the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction!Natalie, my account manager, has especially surpassed all expectations I’ve previously had of a banker. She is always available to answer any questions I may have, sometimes even outside of business hours (!!) and has always stuck through until my problems have been solved. I recently had a issue with a online banking function and she continuously matched me with the right people and followed up to ensure that I was taken care of. Most other bankers would have passed me off and forgotten about me, but not Natalie.
