“For the most part, they are great. However, I did just have an interesting interaction with one of their customer service reps via phone. I was told they have the wrong address for me when my current address is the only address they have. The rep was pretty much arguing with me saying my current address is incorrect and I need to fill out a form to change it. Why would they mail me things to my current address if they didn’t have this one on file? ? But overall, velocity is pretty great. One interaction with one person doesn’t change that.”
“Ed does a wonderful job managing the bank and working with the customers. Doreen is an extra special They all are, I can't really say one's better than the other because they all go out of their way to help you out. That tells you to have good management but they themselves are wonderful. I have never had a problem. At times they have worked with me and fixed my problems with no problem. If that makes sense. If a charge looks at all suspicious I get an immediate text with a number to call I call that number and within seconds that transaction is removed. I've been with them for over 25 years never a problem. Wouldn't change very trustworthy and hardworking”

“Love this location! Plenty of parking and no lines or wait when I've been. The tellers were nice and helpful and I've had no issues here. Will be coming more often as it is close to my gym and grocer. It also is right on a corner street so easy access and exit to the main roads.”
