Upon walking in, there was a very strong bleach smell. Didn't think much of it, but the following morning, I woke up with a chemical burn reaction all over my face. So it was either the pillow case or towels. But the ironic thing is that the room did not feel or look clean. We didn't even shower there because the tub seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.Was here for 1 night visiting family and would never stay at this property again.

This hotel should be shut down!!! Booked for 1 night and couldn't stay due to Bed bugs coming out in the middle of the night! Asked for a refund and their first response is that they could Give me a partial refund ...did they not hear me say that their hotel had bed bugs!! What a slap in the face I had to leave in the middle of the night after being up all day. What a disaster!

The sheets had body hair in them. The manger came and replaced them for us, but it was still kind of gross. We asked for an new room but there apparently weren't any available. Then the eating utensils weren't clean and we found chip crumbs under the table. The parking lot was kind of a pain to get into and the parking stalls so felt really tight.I will not be staying here again in the future.

Got the room for location. The hotel is dirty in public areas like the elevator is really bad. Soap and shampoos were not refilled. Other guests that live there have large dogs that are not on leash. The dog was waiting at my door twice when I went to open my door, and they had to pull the dog back by collar. Could hear a couple beating up each other up Saturday morning as I was leaving room to check out. I called and let the front desk know that I would leave a review. Please do not leave the review until the manager calls you. He will call you tomorrow at 10 am. I let that day pass and never heard from the manager. Of all the Candlewood I have stayed in, this is the worst one.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The management has no idea what they are doing. Nobody's on the same page about anything that is going on. One person says one thing another person says something completely different. The stay was stressful to say the least. The room also smelled like mold and the air conditioning didn't work right. I would advise to stay at one of the many other hotels that are in the area.

Aside from the mold in the bathroom, the continuously leaking shower, the flooding after every shower, and the broken hair dryer that falls off the wall when you try to use it, it was pretty okay. The water pressure was perfect. And the customer service was AMAZING!

Stayed 2N in a king room. Receptionist was friendly & informative. The room was clean & appreciated the body lotion & body wash. Could be improved to take the trash out more often- every time we used the stairs, every level had a trash bag waiting to be taken out. You get what you pay for & it was a clean, affordable hotel.

The room was clean & the bed was comfy. There was also decent tv. Free laundry. Those were the only good things. They don't want people to have the typical hotel experience with cool little souvenirs like little bottles of soap or even coffee. They had some serious problems because they were out of everything. No coffee at all the entire week I was there. The cupboard was empty the entire time. There was a kitchen but if you ate more twice you had to wash the dishes & you only get 2 dishwasher soaps. So after 2 loads you had to ask the front desk for more soap. Because the maid didn't come till after you left.The front desk guy was upset that the company card would only work to pay for the room when they sent to them & told me if I didn't put a card on file they could charge i would have to be on my best behavior. But the website claims they want companies to have their employees stay there.

in desperate need of maintenance and upkeep.housekeeping has astonishing lack of awareness.staff has little concern or willingness to make things better.Room1 - electrical outlets missing the cover plates. open electrical box above desk. dried crusty washcloth & hand towel hanging in shower. bathroom floor dirty/gritty. 3 bath mats & one bath towel. dirty glassware in cupboard. fridge smelled stale/musty.Room2 - overwhelming stench of B.O.. A/C unit would not cool below 70-72. missing light bulbs & a few bulbs burned out. bed was beaten down and sagging deeply on one side.zero/sparse amenities available in hotel. staff flatly stated if we wanted the coffee or the Continental Breakfast we had to walk next door to the Holiday Inn. no ice machine available.overall it is better than some, but far worse than most.
