About Candlewood Suites Austin N-Cedar Park by IHG
Candlewood Suites Austin N-Cedar Park by IHG offers a convenient and comfortable stay for guests, especially those traveling with pets. The staff, including a friendly receptionist and attentive front desk personnel, provide helpful service, quickly resolving issues such as room problems and channel reprogramming. The hotel features clean rooms with basic amenities, a kitchenette, and free laundry facilities, which are appreciated by guests. However, some guests noted that the rooms are only minimally a suite, with issues like slow-draining sinks, dripping toilets, and a small kitchenette. The HVAC system can be difficult to set for a consistent temperature, and some rooms had noticeable odors or clouded window panes. The hotel is pet-friendly, making it popular among dog owners, though this can lead to disturbances like barking late at night, which may affect sleep. The property lacks a pool, which was a minor disappointment for some visitors. The availability of coffee in the lobby and packaged food for purchase adds to the convenience. Overall, Candlewood Suites is a decent choice for travelers seeking a budget-friendly, pet-friendly place with useful amenities, though some guests found the rooms and noise levels not ideal for a restful stay.
Excellent service by staff and they recognized right away that I was an IHG member. I e been staying all summer and it’s just like being home. Highly recommend staying here!
