The manager is just super lazy. Told me to go somewhere else like “another chase bank” to get something notarized because they were backed up when literally only one customer in the building.

FIND ANOTHER BRANCH! It’s worth the drive. The Whitestone Blvd location male manager (in the office on the left) was lazy and incredibly rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. His body language and eye rolling made it feel as though it pained him to do his job. When he messaged another employee to come get him for his “fully booked schedule” (after telling us he was open today), we left and went to another nearby branch in Cedar Park. There, we spoke to Mohammad, and had a MUCH better experience.

Useless…Went there to withdraw cash and was greeted by 3+ bankers sitting around idle. Was direct to a atm. Had my credit card card and ID but was told I had to download some sort of digital card on my own. Left to a real bank down the road where they had tellers and a line almost to the doors. Much more helpful. I was told that this location is a pilot location for a digital only concept. If that’s the direction chase is going, I’ll gladly go back and “digitally” close my account.

I just went into the bank to use the ATM, but a manager came up to me and offered help. Nice! They also have Amazon Lockers in their lobby. Very convenient.

No tellers here. The people "working" inside (really just standing around) said they can't actually help accountholders deposit money or any actual banking like that. Asked what they do there, they said "We're Bankers" ! Had to go to a different branch just to make an ordinary deposit.

Waste of space. A bank that does not take cash deposit, since they have no teller. They have an ATM that you can put your Cash into, but thats about it. I don't see a reason for them being there.

This is a sorry excuse for a bank. This location can help you with nothing. They have no tellers and can’t do anything but talk in a circle. Avoid this location and it’s sorry employees.

One thing that irritates me about Chase is that locations such as this one have not only eliminated drive through teller lanes, but have not bothered to convert those lanes into additional ATM lanes. So, that ends up meaning one big pile-up line for the 1 ATM available. I doubt these folks even read reviews (2.4 stars people, hello!).

Erik really helped me out. He was calm and courteous. Great branch and I wanted to thank them for helping me out.

This Chase location helped me substantially with some tricky account closures that other Chase locations refused to help me with. All of the staff members were highly empathic, helpful, and sought to develop a long term relationship with me. This branch has unparalleled customer support and service. They went above and beyond to ensure my issues were quickly rectified after much previous frustrations. Thank you to the excellent and knowledgeable staff at this branch!

Credit Unions are the way to go. These big banks care about the bottom line and very little about customers and customers service.
