All were great, and I appreciate that staff was very willing to find the best solution for me. I would only really like if they could start the diagnostics when I've arrived for my reservation and not in a couple of hours. The service I received from the staff, especially Eric and Justin was fantastic. They are very caring, friendly and very professional in the care and advice they gave me. And this isn’t the exception but every time. I have been using this Firestone facility for years and the service I get keeps me coming back.
