“I can't say enough good things about my experience with you guys!! First, you listened to me and understood exactly what I needed. Second, you got me in and out on the schedule you promised. How refreshing, especially since I had left the vehicle with the dealer, and another shop, for 2 weeks at the dealer, and 3 weeks at the other shop, and they never even looked at the vehicle during that time. All the dealer wanted to do was try to sell me another vehicle! You also caught another issue with the vehicle that I wasn't even aware of (Radiator), that had the potential to leave my wife stranded on the highway. She travels alone, a LOT, and that could have been really bad. Lastly, while the repairs were somewhat expensive (not your rate, just the nature of the work), I feel like you treated me fairly. You could have easily upsold me for add'l camshafts that don't appear to have been needed. That fact is much appreciated! I might add that the vehicle has been purring like a kitten since the repairs.I'm sorry it has taken me so long to write this, but I've been really busy.”

Klingerman got the job done at an affordable price (price dealerships $$$$) and the best part is they finished the job in days not weeks like dealerships! In addition, the jobs we had them do were done right. They stand behind their work and they are pleasant to do business with in my opinion so I won't go anywhere else.”
“I called Miguel because my 2023 Sequoia was not riding right: it was downright uncomfortable. That shouldn’t be the case for a vehicle that costs what it does! I had been to the Toyota dealership 10 times - they would rebalance tires. They replaced two tires when it only had 25,000 miles. So I put 4 newMichelin tires on. That did not fix it! Nothing worked to get rid of vibration. So I took it back to Toyota and told them to replace rear shocks. They wouldn’t because rear shocks were supposedly fine. At the Toyota dealership, I did a google search for “suspension near me” and I hit on Miguel’s shop. I asked him if he had something better than Toyota rear shocks. He said he could improve the ride for sure. Then Miguel placed on his lift and checked the drive shaft (which was shaking). He suggested taking to Toyota since my Sequoia only had 27,000 miles. I did. Sure enough! They found the drive shaft was the problem and they replaced it under warranty! Previously, I had taken to Toyota at least 10 times and all I got was a wheel balance (never fixing the problem). Thank you, Miguel, for finding the real problem!!!!”
“I took my truck to three other shops to have it checked out and just didn't feel right about it. I brought it to Lambs and the manager Michael immediately brought it in to do a quick check out of everything, and in 20 minutes had an overview of what was wrong and a price. I felt everything that he was showing me was actually what was wrong with my truck unlike the other shops who I felt like were padding the estimate. The price was also thousands below the other shops. I brought my truck in on Thursday at 4ish it was ready by Friday afternoon, had a whole front end rebuild and additional work. Took it out for a drive before I paid for it and everything was better than expected! From this point forward I will have nobody else work on my truck except these guys. I highly recommend Michael and his staff!”

“Truly great service. They had me in and out within 2 days and for the quality of work I'm very pleased with that. The warranty is really good and the loaner car they were able to get me into was clean and very very very nice, so much to the fact I'm currently looking into getting one in the near future (7 series). The only thing that I'd like to point out is that the owner was a bit curt with me and my wife but in no way was he disrespectful or mean, but honestly wasn't that big of a deal. Lastly pricing was good, I have an 07 BMW 530xi estate and with the work that needed doing cost was very fair, especially since they are specialists in my car's brand. Typically specialists are always going to cost a bit more, but I don't believe that I would have gotten a better price anywhere else.
