The service I received from the staff, especially Eric and Justin was fantastic. They are very caring, friendly and very professional in the care and advice they gave me. And this isn’t the exception but every time. I have been using this Firestone facility for years and the service I get keeps me coming back.

This store is the best to get your moneys worth and trust! I have been coming to this shop to get my vehicle worked on for the past two years. I always recommend all of my friends and family members as well for quality work. Justin and Jason are the best managers out there, along with their amazing employees! I am always happy when I walk in and leave this shop.

Had a vibration in my trailer. The service writer came out and immediately spotted the issue with one of the tires. Told him I needed the trailer so he grabbed some tools and put the spare on right in the parking lot.
They ordered the tire and mounted and balanced it. Called me the next morning to let mt know it was ready. Super service, Friendly employees, quick and easy transaction, and a decent price for the new tire. Thanks guys!

This place has incredible staff, well versed in their knowledge and do a wonderful job of elaborating and updating their clients on the status and problems of their vehicles! Also give very clear explanations of solutions and how to move forward with repairs and maintenance.

I've been a royal customer for 9 years ... but, decided not to go back here anymore after today's service. Arrived there at 11 am appointment for break job/wheel alignment and came out of the shop at 3:35pm for the break job/wheel alignment. Well, their justification was I ordered a super long job to do. Most of time my car was staying raised, and no one worked on it. Overall, the shop seems to become disorganized. I am going to miss their quality of service. Be careful and just drop off your vehicle. Never wait in the shop!
