Got a Playstation 4 and extra controller. Thought the extra controller was new. Won't charge well.
Esp for 50 the new ones are 55 at Walmart..
A game didn't even work. Had to return.
The return policy is only 7 days.. go to Walmart for new

I usually love this GameStop location all the people are so nice but the last few times I have some in the person working has been on their phone the entire time playing videos and on phone calls the entire time I was in there. He has sworn out loud while children were in the store and doesn’t greet anyone instead sitting and playing on his phone the whole time.

Its the Trash gamestop shop ever I found myself and their owner. They have literally no manner how to talk with their customer.. I went there to replace the game card and they yelling at me and told me get out here. And i was like what’s wrong with you can you please calm down, He shouted at me and tried to racist at me , the way he talked to me make me more depress.. I would recommmded please don’t ever buy from this store. Their people are trash .. please pruchase from online which you would cheaper then shop. They are here to steal your money and to scold you if you go and ask for help..! Worst service i ever found by this location.. please don’t go this place.. worst people in this planet.!

Pretty great customer service in all the times I’ve went; one guy named LJ was especially really helpful and patient in me selling my PS4 and Xbox back. I appreciated his help a ton! ??

Garbage website that just simply doesn't work. Literally tried for over 5 minutes to log in. To check out, to give them money but their site wouldn't work.

Beyond unethical. Doesn't honor what is advertised on their website. Employees are not trained. Manager says he has the same ability as his employees. A company that has no discretion and is dishonest with their pricing is one that fails its customers.
