“Always love shopping here for wall decor and have recently had some great hauls! They have sales all the time on all different kinds of items, so make sure you ask about what's on sale when you get there. I also appreciate that different stores usually have the same items, so if you need multiples of the same thing, try two different locations!”

“My favorite shop in the whole mall! I love this spot so much. Their jewelry is cute to look at and they have other fun accessories. The best part, though, are their dresses and home goods. I have bought a cute moon shaped shelf from them and some pretty dresses. They have tapestries, mugs, incense, gems, and other goodies. It's always worth stopping in to see what they have (and to check their clearance section!)”

“I shop at the Ross stores all of the time. Due to the nature of the stores I always understand when things are disorderly because people have been digging through it. But never have I seen such an organized section at a Ross store, it seems that the manager here is really on the ball kudos to whoever that is! Okay I went to the front of the store and spoke with them to ask who really deserves that credit and it's actually the person who works in the area and her name is Lan. So Lan, huge kudos and keep up the great work! It's very appreciated by us, your clients! ❤️ ? ?”
“This was our first sleep number bed purchase. Our first visit was with Kevin (manager) and he was very helpful and we placed the order. The next day we met with some close friends who have had a sleep number bed for years and they talked us into the version they had. So we then needed to change our order. That was a struggle. The first customer service agent didn't seem very knowledgable and was not understanding how to use the discounts we got from the original order. So we decided to go back to the store. We worked with Tom and Tom was great!!! He helped us with changing the order, getting the right discounts applied, and ensuring we ordered the right stuff. Unfortunately, we had to work through customer service - again - to actually make the order changes...which was yet another struggle. Seems to me, they should just let the store agents make changes??? After an odd amount of work, we finally got it right (we hope). Fortunately, we went through this hassle as we discovered that the original order was wrong so who knows what hassles that would have created when the order was delivered! Whew, dodged a bullet there we think. Anyway, we are looking forward to getting our new bed and trying it out! VERY hopeful it will lead to blissful sleep!”
