“My experience recently at Joann's was great. I didn't know you could download the app and get more discounts until I heard the cashier and my mother talking about it. Pulled myself out of line so I could download the app, log into my account and then went up to check out. While at check out the cashier went thru my account on my phone to make sure I was getting all the discounts possible; which resulted in me saving another $20. So my experience was awesome! Once I exited the store and talked with my mother about her experience she said that the cashier didn't use her rewards info on her app because she had already scanned her own account; which seems shady shady shady!”
