Highly recommend them for anyone needing alterations — especially for something as important as a wedding dress.”
“was in the store for about 45 minutes yesterday, and during that time I heard Kaya’s name called over the speaker three different times for help in different departments. As soon as I walked in, she was called to assist at the registers. A little later, she was called to cut fabric. Then, when I was checking out, she was called back up front again.
Throughout all of it, she was incredibly fast, kind, and professional. I don’t know what she’s paid, but I can confidently say it’s probably not enough for how much she’s doing. She truly stood out.
I do want to share one concern. Each time help was needed, the call went out for Kaya, even though there were employees near the front of the store who appeared available. I’m sure there’s a system in place, but as a customer, it was frustrating to see one employee stretched so thin while others didn’t step in. I’d love to see more team support so outstanding employees like Kaya don’t get burned out.
She is fantastic, and it would be a shame to lose someone who clearly works so hard and represents the store so well.”
