The Home Depot is a store that helps customers tackle any project, big or small. It offers a wide variety of tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, building materials, and gardening supplies to meet home improvement and gardening needs. The store has what is needed to get the job done, with items available in store or online. Knowledgeable team members are always ready to provide expert advice and support in a helpful and knowledgeable manner, getting customers squared away quickly. Staff are described as incredibly helpful, super nice, and highly knowledgeable. However, some customers express frustration with the removal of cashiers and a trend toward self-checkouts with no human interaction. The business serves the community with everything needed under one roof.
Yesterday I visited this massive store. I was late and they were closing by 8pm. I will plan to visit soon and update my experience.

Just like all other stores, except the registers are so far away from the entrance, for disabled elderly the walk can be a bit much.

Outstanding customer service throughout the store. Hard to believe it's a big box store. Joshua in lumber was fabulous, friendly andi helpful in picking and loadinglumber. Luis help load out front. We didn't need to look or ask for help. It was proactively offered.
