Today while parking before entering the store the lady below, “who is an employee at this Home Depot” while my mother and I were parking her vehicle in the handicap spot in the photo drove over the tire stop forcing us out of the handicap spot we were already halfway in to where we had to move or she was going to hit us, she then left her vehicle parked in the spot you see in the photo when inside on a handicap scooter and put on her orange apron and was “standing” without the scooter anywhere nearby working the self checkout. When my 75 year old mother asked her why she was doing that she said I don’t care I need to park like this. How can Home Depot employ people with attitudes like this she shouldn’t be allowed to have a license let alone work in a customer service position with a horrible attitude such as this. Home Depot should be beyond ashamed when I explained what she did to her coworker they just kept apologizing. Management needs to watch the video on their surveillance cameras and see the type of person who they have in front of their customers. I’m never returning to this Home Depot again completely unbelievable ruined my entire day knowing someone could be that horrible to others.

App sent me to the wrong store first. Then when I arrived, it took almost 45 mins for us to get our vehicle because the man behind the counter (Brad) had no clue what he was doing. He asked for our phone number at least 7 times.. I get he’s like 70 years old but maybe don’t put him behind a computer ?? He was typing with ONE single finger..

Ordered a fridge with installation, and installers left adhesive on the front of the fridge. Looks terrible, and they refuse to come take it off after setting up an appt to come remove it. I will be returning the whole fridge to avoid having an eyesore for the next 5/8 years due to whatever it is that is stuck on it.

Everyone at this store is entirely incompetent and has set back several of our jobs. It pains me to learn that products our clients want are carried here because it is never right the first time - it's always a hassle and everyone moves like molasses and couldn't care less about anything and they make that known. The last time I was there to pick up product at the Pro Desk there was one person staffing it and several people in line and everyone just twiddled their thumbs because their systems were "restarting." Sure, it happens, but maybe try to accommodate people another way?
We ordered the flooring our client wanted and were first sent the wrong product, which set us back. Then, when the correct product arrived LATE, we picked it up and went to install and everything was broken and damaged. Yet another setback. We called in to rectify the issue and asked for a manager. A gentleman named Art got on the phone and was rude and combative and then shared that the product was not in stock and would take ~week to arrive. Please explain why it states on the HD website that we can order the product and have it delivered TOMORROW. So, we did that. And, moving forward, I will do any and everything in my power to never do business with this location again. It's astounding to me how bad it is here. Unacceptable. Good luck, Home Depot. Thank God for the Lowe's in Leander.

I stopped shopping Home Depot when they got rid of cashiers. The blue store almost always has a cashier available. Ace always has cashiers. On this visit, the blue store was out of what I needed. Next time, I'll just wait. The current trend is no human interaction. My policy is no self checkouts.

Ordered some lumber and mulch. Lumber was delivered but apparently the driver left in haste and forgot the mulch. Called home depot, the rep there placed my spouse on hold, then transferred her to someone calling Walmart somehow. We called in again and home depot said they would have the mulch shipped the next day and gave us a way to track the order. Next day, their method of tracking was tied to the lumber shipment so it just shows that the order was completed, when it wasn't, so I called in to get an update. Turns out, they had no plans of shipping any mulch scheduled and the issue from the day before seemed like it was forgotten or the conversation never happened. I was just trying to get the missing 30 something bags of mulch delivered and be done with it. They said they'll ship it for free in the next few hours (lmao free? We already paid for their supposed "free shipping"). When the truck finally arrived, the driver reverses over one of my driveway lights, crushing it, and spreading glass shards everywhere in the nearby area. They drove off, either not realizing it or simply hoping I hadn't noticed. Just absolute failure of a job. From the lack of organization there, to communication failure/confusion caused by their representatives, & the damage they have done to my home property, I will never shop at Home Depot again. Guess I'm a Lowe's shopper now. Congrats Home Depot, yall had one order to complete and somehow managed to mess up this bad.
