“As a newbie to Gold and Silver, I was very cautious about whom I could trust with this important investment. Eric Hiegert was the USGB representative that called me. He is very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I truly feel that he wants what’s best for his clients, with one caveat. He is a salesman and it seems that he probably has a quota of investment grade coins, particularly PF-70. I don’t have a problem with that, he was just doing his job. I was never really sold on the certified proof coins, particularly at the USGB prices. I looked at other reputable websites with a much larger coin selection and at a lower price, particularly the investment proof coins. USGB, has a huge selection of investment grade coins, but at a very high premium. That being said, the team at USGB is very professional and gets you what you want and on time. Greg, Eric’s supervisor, called me right after I made my first order to talk me into buying more investment grade coins. He succeeded, but I ended up returning for a refund. There was a mixup with the second order that I purchased using the refund proceeds. Greg accepted responsibility for the company and gave me 7 one oz. silver Buffalo rounds to make up the mistake. The order’s label has been created, just waiting for shipment.Excellent people and good company, just make sure to do your homework and look into other companies for lower prices on investment grade coins.”
