This branch was closing doors at 5:00 PM and I showed up 10 min before that. There were no customers and door was locked already. As my last resort I knocked on the door and was pleasantly surprised when the branch manager came out, opened the door and gladly helped me to deposit my check!Thank you Charles Schwab!”

“A couple weeks back, I was about to find another place to bank. Then, I spoke with someone who explained my complaints were caused by a 3rd party. Turns out, that's likely the case..Earlier this week, I literally got robbed at 7-11. They handled canceling my card in like 2 seconds. Today, I discover my wallet is missing..in panic, I show up at 5:15. Doors are locked but I had just sprinted a mile to get there on time (thought it was 530) for some reason. And wouldn't you know it hey? As much of a jerk as I was a few weeks back and they let me squeeze in. Never had any complaints about the staff...all are excellent”

We quickly realized they were super short staffed but her and her colleague were doing their absolutely best to help every single person that came in whether they had an appt or not. She managed to help us (best customer service at a Wells Fargo I have ever had) AND she did it so kindly, with a smile on her face. I walked in the other day disheartened about a fraudulent business taking out automatic payments from my account...I wanted to ask one of the bankers if they could make stop payments from this company. I was greeted by Elizabeth Davila who immediately started helping me...after a month of nightmares trying to contact that company, I wondered why it took me so long to come to the bank and ask for help. She was kind and professional and completely made me feel like she cared personally...Liz took an hour out of her morning to help me, to look through my account and to suggest I file a claim through Wells fargo- I had never thought this problem could be resolved with the bank taking the initiative on my behalf! I usually use the drive thru and the staff at the window is always courteous and helpful. Since I am a small business owner, I have referred lot of other small business owners to bank with them due to there superior customer service and prompt service. I even stopped banking with Bank of America now that I have been using for the last so many years. Will always be a client at this bank as long as I get treated nicely”
