“Absolutely incredible experience. These guys know their stuff and are so much fairer than any other pawn shop you'll ever go it. Went in there with a few items and they gave me competitive offers in everything, nearly 40% more than any of the other three pawn shops I had visited on the way up. They then were extremely accommodating to my lack of gun knowledge and helped clarify all my questions without once trying to push one down my throat and sell it to me. This is how business should be. I will definitely be coming to this shop at least once a month to check out their new inventory, or whenever I need something. Not only the biggest pawn shop I've seen but also great prices on nearly every niche. The main boss, Johnathan, was a stand up dude that really walked me through everything and explained why the price he gave me was his top dollar. His employee John then took over and spend at least an hour talking to me and helping me with any questions I had. Not only did I take care of business, but I was treated like a human being all throughout. If you haven't, you gotta go check them out!”

“When it comes to gold they try to give you as close to scrap value as the can but when it comes to makeing a deal it all depends on what manager is behind the counter if your going to make offer its better to go to a manager becouse all offers have to have manager aproval any ways thats if your looking for more then 10% which is only the tax anyways”

“I originally left a bad review 5 years ago from a terrible experience but I started coming back here recently and the previous employees/management that were a hassle 5 years ago are no longer here. Employees and management were nice and very understanding, I bought a 12 gauge shotgun from them recently which ended up being defective and not firing, so they refunded my money. Only reason why it's 4/5 stars is because for one they sold me a defective gun, two with background check, to get a gun guy to look at it, and the refund took about a week in total which I had to drive back and forth twice which is annoying.”
