I do think the refund process could be handled differently based on what I’ve seen, but overall I’ve had positive experiences here. Growing up, my dad and I came here often, so this place holds a lot of memories for me.”

“Very dishonest place. I would not recommend. They pawned an electric bike my son brought in. They pawned it without an id. My son lost his id and did not have one. When wanting to buy back they would not do it without an id. Very crooked in my opinion.
The manager helped make things good. Not the dishonest place I first reviewed. I am pleased with the outcome. I have raised to 4 stars and feel better about recommending”

“Been coming here for years. They have this one consistent trio of young KNOWLEDGEABLE young people, Patrick, Christian, & Gladys. I was in today to pick up a layaway, and there's this gentleman who was trying to put one over, so I stepped back to watch the interaction. What a brilliant display by the team on handling a rude patron. Not once did they talk down or act petty. As a matter of fact, to see them double down on respectfulness towards this individual was most impressive! They gave him all the info he requested ie, corporate #, managers name, etc. Bravo to these employees, these are the types of people that make me want to do REPEAT business with Cash America, ESPECIALLY at the Burnet Rd. location!!!!!”

“The selection here is top-notch. They have some of the best-quality vintage stuff I’ve ever seen in a pawn shop. Taylor, who was running the shop, was genuinely friendly and clearly puts a lot of care into making sure customers have a great experience.
They have everything from vintage cameras and old game consoles to unique collectibles and antiques you’d normally have to hunt down at a dedicated antique shop. It’s the kind of place where you actually want to take your time and look around because you never know what you’ll find.
