She has remebered me, my husband and my kids over time and went beyond with her assistance in sales for us. This location always has good prices on so many of their items. And discounts too, just ask for their best price. I have recently bought a PS5, a KORG keyboard, and jewelry from this location, among other things. All in good condition. “Very dishonest place. I would not recommend. They pawned an electric bike my son brought in. They pawned it without an id. My son lost his id and did not have one. When wanting to buy back they would not do it without an id. Very crooked in my opinion.

“Polite and respectful staff running the place. They've always given me a fair price for both the items I've pawned and the items I've purchased. They've also always honored the deals they've given me in the past even if it was from a different location. These guys have saved my butt and helped me limp to the end of the month more times than I care to admit and done so with a smile and a sincerity you cant find at a decent department store these days much less a pawn shop. I honestly can't think of a reason to do business with any other pawn shop in Austin.”

He was very thorough.o I mean very thorough. He gave us a loan,which was well more than what we expected, but at the same time we didn't know the true value of the ring. He's very honest and let us know the value of the ring and also the various options that we had. “I just bought a used bike from Ms. Ashley. She was so helpful and personable. They offer a very reasonable insurance that I purchased too. She made sure my bike tires had air, and off I went. The entire staff there is amazing. People overlook pawnshops too often, perhaps because of stigma, but they have a large array of items and tennis shoes for you sneaker heads, which surprised me. So much cool stuff at great prices. I love it!”
