“Great pawn shop, with great deals. Me and my mom were price shopping for a Nintendo switch and laptop from Tech Ridge to Killeen. When we saw a white laptop price at 11 hundred dollars, we knew that this pawn shop was going to be the one we come back to. While Driving back to this pawn shop, we called and spoke to lady named Crystal. My mom told them that we were coming back to buy the computer and asked Crystal if they can lower the laptop to $1000, Crystal said they can do that and be waiting for us(the phone was quiet, so we assume the last part with only hearing yes clearly). When we got there, Crystal recognize us from the first time we were there and got the laptop ready for us to purchase, going beyond with giving us a better deal by lowering the computer to $910 and adding a protection for $90.
If that story wasn't enough to visit this pawn shop yourself, let me tell you the other things we saw. Naomi was helpful on giving a price of a Nintendo switch without a dock they had and gave her best deal on it, even though we decided not to take it. We saw another customer getting a speaker for their truck and the man with a white beard working there let them take it out and test it. We even saw that they have a strong relationship with their frequent customers being friendly and making jokes.

“Haven't bought anything from here, however, I've been trying to locate an item, and said item was not populating on the customer site. I called here to get information and Veronica was an absolute rockstar. Go to this location, and buy anything...doesn't matter, anything, but buy from Veronica. She was absolutely amazing and very helpful, went the extra mile to call another store and found out exactly where it was. Her customer service is out of this world, and she was very sweet on the phone trying to help me out.”
“The selection here is top-notch. They have some of the best-quality vintage stuff I’ve ever seen in a pawn shop. Taylor, who was running the shop, was genuinely friendly and clearly puts a lot of care into making sure customers have a great experience.
They have everything from vintage cameras and old game consoles to unique collectibles and antiques you’d normally have to hunt down at a dedicated antique shop. It’s the kind of place where you actually want to take your time and look around because you never know what you’ll find.
Definitely worth checking out if you’re into vintage tech, gaming, cameras, or just cool old stuff in general.”
