This bank is absolutely horrible for service when it comes to phone service. Takes 20 min to make a car payment? Are you kidding this is every time I call in. NO I dont have this bank as a primary for this reason.
Then get transferred to someone who dont even process the payments??? Get it together

My experience with the RBFCU staff and customer service has been nothing less than excellent. Krista does a fantastic job hiring the best folks. I am always greeted with a smile and most know me by name. In the past I only used the drive thru for deposits and withdrawals. I now go inside because it feels good and inviting.
I highly recommend RBFCU to anyone searching for great products and services.

Just opened an account with RBFCU today and Mrs. Orglender made the process so easy! I felt like she really listened to me and was so kind and patient working through all of the questions I had. She truly was such a joy to work with!

There is literally no way to deposit coin without sending it through the cornstar machine and giving 5% of your money to some random company. Trash.

I've been a member here for many years.
John Will Chronicles, the resident nice man that originally signed me up, still works here! Make sure to say hi to him if you drop by.
The customer service here is consistently out-of-this- world awesome!
Issues are rare, but they take care of them professionally and efficiently when they happen.
I couldn't imagine credit-unioning anywhere else.

My husband received a check from a RBFCU member and went into this branch to cash the check. My husband was informed the check can not be cashed because it was over a certain amount. And in the same breath he was informed he could open an account to deposit the check. Ma'am what? He took the check elsewhere. This branch is very unprofessional. And there inconsistent practices will have RBFCU losing members quickly if they keep this up.

Krista the Branch Manager is super great to work with. They helped fix some complicated major issues with my account and were very helpful. Something that is hard to find. Thank you for taking great care of your customers!!!

I didn't interact with anyone, but if you're a member of another credit union, in the credit union co-op, you can use the ATM here with no fees. This makes me happy and I'll be using it again.

No vehicles on sight.... got to the drive thru at 11:01am sent request and press the button for assistance.... 11:15am someone say will be right with you..... 11: 18ak got transaction done..... very poor service

Update for the 3 time!!! I was right all along!! This bank is horrible!!! I walked into the cedar park location hoping to receive help before I had to close my account. Well the branch manager Krista Meyers if that’s even her real name immediately told me I remember you from your bad review. Told me after investigating my situation that it was the call centers fault. She made me aware they have a history of such behavior. She even approved of me updating my review and negativeexperience with them in which I changed it in front of her and sheeven proof read it before I updated it. She offered to remove 4 overdraft charges. She even gave me her card and told me she would reach out to her boss to get all overdrafts removed and will reach out to me today 2/22/2023. Well the number she provided disconnects every time I call. Come to find out she’s not even working today!!! Then I finally get a call from that branches assistant manager saying we’re not gonna help you at all. So not only did they not waive the 4 charges as promised they decided to continue the lies and deceit. FYI all conversations were recorded on my phone the moment I walked in the door until I was over a mile away. As well as other calls were recorded as well. I have a medical condition and the stress of this entire situation is making it worse. I’m currently submitting all recording’s to an attorney to see the next step. To all who read this please be aware this is one of the most heartbreaking evil experiences I’ve ever faced at a bank in my life.
