I didn't interact with anyone, but if you're a member of another credit union, in the credit union co-op, you can use the ATM here with no fees. This makes me happy and I'll be using it again.

No vehicles on sight.... got to the drive thru at 11:01am sent request and press the button for assistance.... 11:15am someone say will be right with you..... 11: 18ak got transaction done..... very poor service

Update for the 3 time!!! I was right all along!! This bank is horrible!!! I walked into the cedar park location hoping to receive help before I had to close my account. Well the branch manager Krista Meyers if that’s even her real name immediately told me I remember you from your bad review. Told me after investigating my situation that it was the call centers fault. She made me aware they have a history of such behavior. She even approved of me updating my review and negativeexperience with them in which I changed it in front of her and sheeven proof read it before I updated it. She offered to remove 4 overdraft charges. She even gave me her card and told me she would reach out to her boss to get all overdrafts removed and will reach out to me today 2/22/2023. Well the number she provided disconnects every time I call. Come to find out she’s not even working today!!! Then I finally get a call from that branches assistant manager saying we’re not gonna help you at all. So not only did they not waive the 4 charges as promised they decided to continue the lies and deceit. FYI all conversations were recorded on my phone the moment I walked in the door until I was over a mile away. As well as other calls were recorded as well. I have a medical condition and the stress of this entire situation is making it worse. I’m currently submitting all recording’s to an attorney to see the next step. To all who read this please be aware this is one of the most heartbreaking evil experiences I’ve ever faced at a bank in my life.

hit me with a double overcharge fee and didn't have a first offense courtesy policy. it was the same charge twice and there push notifications on there app do not work and there text and email alerts are off by default and they never mentions that when opening up a account. its the 21st century and there app is horrible. I've seen kids make better apps with working push notifications.

This specific location is clean sure but the company itself is basically a bunch of scam artists. They lie and manipulate what they're saying so that people can get the loans through them but when the time comes to actually handle situations that they put their clients in, they do not give a flying fuck. Do not waste your time money or energy with this horrible credit Union. They do not care about their people and I will do everything in my power to pay off my loan as fast as possible so they do not get anymore money from me than necessary.

I left Chase Bank after horrible service and found RBFCU. They painlessly set up all my accounts, HELOC, and business credit card. VERY nice people, and very personable.

During the purchasing process for some land, and despite having the contract for the purchase and a reminder of their error, the lender from RBFCU failed to include the proper closing date on the loan date. This required a last minute amendment to the contract to shift the closing date back which the seller declined to sign, causing the contract to fall thru.After some exchanges with a couple of their members I was at least refunded the land appraisal fee

Don't expect them to help you within 20-30 minutes of closing.....I went to the drive thru after work at 5:37pm (when it closes at 6pm) and asked to do a cashiers check, and she said they just locked those up and originally asked if I wanted them to pull the checks back out. Then apparently it would be too much of a hassle for them to take a check back out when they still have more than 20 minutes before closing, so she turned me away....(Not to mention I stopped by several minutes earlier, but they mentioned there's a $3 fee for what I needed so I had to go back home for more money, just to return and she turns me away when they still had 23 minutes before close.... Guess I'm too much of a hassle; hope I don't get charged more for paying the rent late....)

Love using RBFCU. The only problem is here recently they changed their online payment system using a third-party vendor that requires your username and password to your bank account. That will never happen! So now I have to drive in to make a payment which is a pain in the butt and I removed their five star rating down to four.

There is no way to get somebody on the phone, you just sit on hold forever. I can't even find a number just to this bank, it's all 800 numbers. So stupid.

Always enjoy talking to the employees here when I need to handle banking. Finally wrote a review after Krista the manager helped walked me through a tough situation that I needed some guidance on. Also something to mention, was told by the company I was dealing with that what I was trying to accomplish would take between 5-7 business days for the average bank and I didn't have that kind of time to wait. Within 24 hours RBFCU had gotten it completed so a big thanks to the whole team as well as the staff at this branch.
