The people here are wonderful! Very nice and extremely friendly and courteous. I think the low reviews must be old and Regions changed staff because I love this bank and the people who work there are terrific.

Be AWARE / STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE SMART TO UNDERSTAND!Regions takes money out of your ACCOUNTS WITH OUT WARNING, AND WILL NOT RETURN! THIS IS TO WHY YOU WILL SEE VERY LITTLE ACTIVITY OR NO TRAFFIC AT THEIR BANKS! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR WITH NO CARES AT ALL!

I've been with this bank for 10 years if not longer. Today, I had my card CLOSED due to Regions now sending out texts asking if a charge was done by the account holder or if it was fraudulent. I definitely love that they are checking that out BUT I was told that because I didn't respond my card was closed. THE TEXT WAS SENT TO MY SPAM! I went to use my card to get gas and I was so surprised it declined because I knew I had funds in my account. An hour later after using the chat app and calling the fraudulent department I was told they could do a ONE time ATM withdrawal from my card! The ATM costs $2.50...you going to pay that back, Regions? I bet not. I've had issue after issue with this bank and I'm DONE! This was too much. I shouldn't have to respond to YOU on a timeline to make sure I'm able to access my funds! I don't at all recommend this bank and I've heard so many fabulous things about Chase Bank! I recommend going there instead because no matter how long you stay with Regions it will NEVER get better! I started this account as an 18/20 year old something and now I'm in my 30s and wish I had picked a better bank! My dad and my sister have both left this bank a while ago and I definitely wished I had followed them! Regions, it's time we break up!

I’m not one that normally give reviews because I want to give people the benefit of the doubt. Everyone has a bad day…but after having my business account with this bank for over 18 years, the lack of customer service is ridiculous. I think “someone” needs to remember whose money they have.

I’m currently in the lobby waiting. I have a cashiers check I’m trying to cash. I’ve cashed previously at another regions location with out any issues or weird looks. This Teller has been annoyed since I asked to cash it. Asking if I’ve tried to cash it at another bank.. as if that’s not a service this bank offers. She Had to call someone else to get help with it (which is not a problem). The problem is, she’s clearly not happy with having to cash this check. She’s telling everyone how long the wait will be and apologizing to everyone for the wait. Except me.. she hasn’t once apologized for the wait. When she found out how much it would be to get the check cashed she looked shocked when I said it wasn’t a problem. As if she was hoping I would just say “oh that’s too much I’ll leave”. She hasn’t gave me an update on what’s taking the process so long. I don’t know if it’s because of how I’m dressed on my off day, or what but it’s a very demeaning vibe here. And looking at the other reviews I should have went to another bank. The overall customer experience was definitely not friendly.Update: She eventually said thank you for your patience.

I met a guy at this bank with to purchase a persons car who banks at this location. I brought cash into this location and the seller of the car wanted the bank the teller to run the cash through the machine to verify that the currency was good. The teller refused to run the cash through their machine. Then she proceeded to state, “ That I should go to my own bank and run it through their machine.” Unbelievable. She also said,”She didn’t feel comfortable”. Their customer pleaded with them and another teller agreed to run the cash. In between that time, the police were called and my co worker was pulled out of the car for questioning. None of this was necessary and I’m utterly disgusted by this! Definitely will be forwarding this incident to the corporate office.

They're thrives. keep charging me a "paper statment fee" that I don't want. It's over $10. I've tried to cancel multiple times and they keep charging me. The last time I called, I was hung up on. So I guess it's a great bank if you want your money stolen.

Regions is probably the worst bank I've ever dealt with. As a small business owner, I need a bank that goes to bat for me and makes my business a priority. Regions has shown me over and over how they do not prioritize small business. Just in the last month, it has gotten even worse. They fell on their face completely with the PPP - never even looking at my application until the government opened their second round of loans when I got my application in within 48 hours of Regions accepting applications. Then, I wrote a check from another bank account I have at another bank to an employee who banks at Regions and they decide to hold the check for nearly two weeks!!! When I reach out to try to help my employee, no one can help me as one contact is out for a funeral the first day and the only person who can help the second day is out on a family emergency. Hopefully, today, on day 3 of asking, I can get my employee his money. The money cleared my other bank 6 days ago! After communicating with the only manager (who is new & I've never met) that can do anything about how unhappy I am with the bank, he tells me he has my accounts all set to close on July 1st. WHAT??? Customer service is nonexistent at this place. Do yourself a favor and stay clear!

Let me first say that I have been banking with regions bank for 13 years. My grandmother worked for this company for many years and in Mississippi I received outstanding customer service. I have been nothing but displeased with this bank since I moved to Cedar Park Texas. They do nothing but tell me how many years I have banked with Regions and tell me how “thankful“ they are, yet every time I go through the drive-through they cannot help me. They didn’t even have an ATM for two months. They wouldn’t give me change one time, noting that it was likely for my business as I was dressed in work clothes and my business doesn’t bank with them. Whatever at this point. I will be switching to another bank who can assist me as a customer. I am very tired of being treated like this every time I go in, I’d rather go where someone appreciates holding my money.

This is the worst bank I have ever had. They refused service to a person of color I was with because he was wearing a hat. Then another time I went to pull out money my mom has deposited in my account the day before and I got interrogated about where that money came from and when it was deposited like I was taking money that wasn't mine. They are the rudest people I've ever met. Even when there's new people in there working they are just as rude. Been letting everyone know this is the worst bank!

I’m from Dallas tx I came to this bank on a work trip to buy a car and finish up paper work in the bank. My coworker went inside the bank to close the deal when a police officer came to my window and told me to step out the car to speak to him when he lets me know that he got a call from the bank teller that there were people outside the bank and didn’t feel comfortable with us being there I’m also finding out that the teller wouldn’t accept his cash to by a car because she was “uncomfortable “ 100% legitimate money. Back up was called and I was forced to explain my everything and wait outside for confirmation . They are prejudice and the call was completely uncalled for.
