Always had a prompt and friendly service with or without appointments. Once was delayed by traffic to make the appointment on time. They were understanding and courteous and accommodated immediately. Like the team here.

The people here are wonderful! Very nice and extremely friendly and courteous. I think the low reviews must be old and Regions changed staff because I love this bank and the people who work there are terrific.
