“The staff here are AMAZING! Everyone I've interacted with has been so nice and fun to chat with! I'm an adult collector and have restuffed a LARGE handful of bears with them. Everytime they're all so nice and patient. Shout out to the manager Mandy for going above and beyond! This store specifically also has a lot of nostalgia and it's amazing to see my original store stick with the classic decor. Love you lakeline Build-A-Bear ❤️”
“Wicked cute products and huge selection. All plush is official licensed! I've seen the same Sanrio products at other stores for much higher cost. I am in love with their selection of fidget toys and slime. Really great quality! Great store for gifts of all ages! My nieces and nephews are going to be so spoiled (but first I'll spoil myself)”
“Super cool store! I bought a Buddha lamp, beautiful door chimes and this really quirky bathroom read book. If you spend at least $40 you get a free face mask. ? Ty! As of 11/1 Lakeline extended there hours from 7pm till 9pm. Some of the stores closed early, but this store stayed open till 9. Great customer service. Highly recommend.”

“Clean aisles ,shelves stocked with all the latest sets. The way they organize the sets makes it easy to browse .They had the new releases right up front and lot of minifigures.They have the set rental program which is great option for Lego builders. Best place for Lego lovers.”
