“I went with my toddler on a weekday (9/30), we were buying a bear as a memorial. I was surprised there were so many people already there buying birthday bears, and one other person buying a memorial bear who was waiting like me. The only employee working that day was the manager. She was behind building so many bears, but she made sure everyone felt seen. I waited a good 20 minutes, but was not frustrated, because she acknowledged me and was so kind to me and my toddler. And the other person who was waiting a while. When she got to me, I got emotional explaining my memorial bear. This woman was so incredibly kind, compassionate, and related to me on the most human level. Honestly this experience was SO healing for me. I appreciate this manager so much.”

“Super cool store! I bought a Buddha lamp, beautiful door chimes and this really quirky bathroom read book. If you spend at least $40 you get a free face mask. ? Ty! As of 11/1 Lakeline extended there hours from 7pm till 9pm. Some of the stores closed early, but this store stayed open till 9. Great customer service. Highly recommend.”
