“Went in looking for a gift for some friends kiddos and Taylor was AMAZING and the other two guys were cool too…a lot of time these toy shops haven’t had such great interactions or I always feel like I’m intruding on a private space or inconveniencing the staff to ask questions about the new trends or just toy talk in general and it was really super cool to catch the shop when it wasn’t crazy busy and they had everything I needed for the coolest toys! Although I did discover I had left two items on the counter cuz I was talking too much and must’ve forgot I left em or didn’t get em in my bag but didn’t notice til I was already back in Helotes! But that’s on me being a chatter box! Will definitely go back next time I can get to Austin”
“Outstanding customer service from the team at HobbyTown on Parmer Lane!
I recently brought in my Granite 4x4 RC truck because the reverse function had stopped working. The staff immediately jumped in to help and spent a significant amount of time troubleshooting the issue. Several team members worked together trying to diagnose the problem, and when they couldn't pinpoint the exact cause, they contacted the manufacturer's technical support team for additional assistance.
After further investigation, they determined that a failed part was likely the issue. They took my information and arranged to have a replacement part shipped to me at no charge.
What impressed me most was that the team probably spent 45 minutes or more helping me diagnose the problem, and they never charged me a dime. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping solve the issue.
In today's world, it's rare to find this level of customer service. The HobbyTown team went above and beyond, and they have absolutely earned my future business. There is no doubt that I will purchase my next RC vehicle from HobbyTown. If you're looking for a hobby shop that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend them.”

Recently got into Magic, Star Wars Unlimited, and Dice Throne. Not all stores in the Cedar Park/Leander Area carry SWU and DT product so I like coming to Wonko’s, even if it’s a little further.”

“We love the store. It’s like having an Amazon to be able to go into and pick things up and look at them. They’ve got literally everything you would see on Amazon. The variety is so helpful. Ask for help because the ladies there can show you stuff you might not know they have. We’ve gotten obscure gifts for that special option and namebrand gifts for something. The kids are sure to love. The selection they have feels wholesome and quality, like you won’t make a bad choice. Westlake is lucky to have them.
They’ve got a great French bistro next-door, and honey baked ham, as well. Location is great for shopping and lunch.”

“What a lovely toy shop!!! In a sad digital world, I missed going to a proper toy and learning store.
This shop is every teacher’s dream: loads of educational resources, gadgets and learning materials. I’m not a teacher but if I was one, this would be my place to shop.
I went for a birthday gift and staff were super helpful and friendly giving me ideas and suggestions.
My 6 year-old was with me and he loved to play around.
The store is so clean and well- organized. Lots of educational toys and prices are very reasonable.
We’ll be coming back soon!”

“I've had some pretty bad experiences with bricks and Minifigs across the state but this one was perfect it was amazingly huge with figures in all areas of Lego while half of their Lego Star wars was custom I understand that a lot of people are into custom figs so that was cool to see and im happy to see that yall actually sell battle droid parts which no other one does and that's amazing now i can complete some clankers i have laying around i also want to say your staff are nerds like me and im happy about it , its so frustrating to have to guide someone to what i want or them not understanding a question i have but your staff knew every figure I wanted I also want to praise your policy of giving accessories included that's very helpful especially for the geonosians i purchased i also will say that yalls prices are amazingly fair and the quality control is very good my only complaint is that my veers doesn't have the correct pieces but to be fair it looks similar it even fooled me so I'm going to let that go because I visited all the three in this area and y'all are the best of the best great job I will be putting the word out about your store may the force be with you.”

Depending on who's working in there this could easily swing to 3 but overall on day two we had a great experience. The selection choice was enough for us to go look a second time.”
