“I stopped by Bob Tomes collision to have a trim part put on my Ford edge. It turns out it was the wrong part that Ford sent me, but Rodney was up there and he said let me see if I can get this spot out of the one that’s on there. “I drove an hour to this dealership because of the reviews I read. I passed two other Toyota Dealers on the way and I'm so glad I did. I knew I wanted a Toyota Tacoma but wasn't sure when I wanted to pull the trigger on buying one and which model I wanted. “Ruben provided excellent customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and made my experience a very pleasant one!
Anytime someone has car issues it is typically very stressful, but today was the exception with Ruben. He got me the right part, told me to bring the old one back for a refund, and I forgot to bring my receipt with the part, but he went the extra mile and pulled up a new receipt and refunded me for returning the old broken starter.
I will drive to this particular O'Reilly everytime!!
