He seemed overwhelmed, with him only being the only employee up front taking care of customers on top of answering phone calls. Great service just hope he gets more help.”

It turns out it was the wrong part that Ford sent me, but Rodney was up there and he said let me see if I can get this spot out of the one that’s on there. “We drove over an hour to this dealership to go through the Costco Auto Program and it was well worth it. We planned out and found my car through the phone and e-mail. And when my car arrive on the lot, I drove out there to trade-in my old car for a new RAV4 Hybrid. Since it was late and there were 2 customers in front of us, waiting for the final step with the finance department, our salesman (Edwin) ran and grabbed us dinner! Everyone was so sweet and nice. No haggling or pushing, just straightforward and doing what's best for the customer.”
