“I had a great experience with Brandon Tomes Subaru! Jamie was my salesperson when I purchased my 2025 Subaru Ascent as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle in May. This location had a vehicle with exactly the features and colors that I was looking for, and they made the purchase process about as easy and enjoyable as it could be.
I recently brought it back in after getting a nail in a tire, and Marcus helped me. They found that two tires were already showing signs of failure, likely due to an alignment issue. Since the vehicle only had around 10k miles total, I expressed my concerns that the tires wore so quickly and whether the alignment issue was already there when I purchased the vehicle. Marcus listened and worked with me to make it right, and Brandon Tomes Subaru waived the labor and cost of the alignment repair.
I really appreciated them standing behind the vehicle and taking care of me. Both Marcus and Jamie were great to work with, and I would absolutely purchase from Brandon Tomes Subaru again!”

“The seat cover replacement for my vehicle was completed to a high standard. I would like to note, in particular, the honesty and diligence demonstrated by JR throughout the process. From the outset, he provided clear and direct information regarding the available options and associated considerations.
Although it was evident that JR possesses substantial knowledge regarding various vehicle makes and models, he nonetheless took the additional step of contacting the vehicle’s dealership to confirm the technical requirements related to this specific model, particularly concerning the heated seat components. Despite receiving incorrect information from the dealership, JR exercised sound judgment and problem-solving skills to address the issue and ultimately deliver a quality result.

“I want to give a shout out to the 2 men and 2 young lady working at this location 6/15/26. At 6pm I was traveling through McKinney with my wife when our alternator just completely stopped working. The man said that they didn't have the part and he immediately did a search at nearby stores. The store 2 miles away had it but all the delivery drivers were already off. I explained I was traveling and was there anything we could do. He said He gets off in a few minutes and he would go get the part for me. WOW. Customer service. While he ran out after the part the other man and young lady gathered the tools I would need to get the job done. While I changed the alternator they offered to test and charge my battery. Again WOW. As I finished up the job the young lady came out with a scan tool and turned off all the warning lights complementary. My wife and I were to say the least completely satisfied with this experience. This team should be recognized for going above and beyond any customers expectations. They had no obligation to help me at the level they did. We offered to buy them dinner and they said no worries sir we were happy to be able to help. This review feels like a cheap way to say thank you but being in customer service I know they go a long way with customer retention. We still would like to buy you all dinner so Pizzas are going to be showing up one evening and I hope that you enjoy. To the top dogs of this store, keep these 3 employees around and treat them right because they are representing Autozone at the highest level. “My experience may be different from others. My 2025 CRV EXL was involved in an accident 05/22/2026 on 380 when a westbound vehicle decided to cut through 5-6 lanes of stopped or slow moving traffic to hit my CRV in the extreme left eastbound and. The impact was the entire left side of my CRV. The car was moved to Crash Champions 05/26/2026 & I first met Eric & his assistance was invaluable. First, we had to deal with the other carriier who slow walked the process for 3 weeks. The damage was significant & from my past experience as an adjuster, it clearly appeared the car was a constructive total loss with the potential of significant salvage value. Eric did an outstanding job of evaluating the damages as well as significant repair time. He prepared this info for the other carrier and after their long delay, they agreed the car was a constructive total loss. However then they advised their insured only had minimum policy limits, $25K & those limits were not sufficient to pay the ACV of the car. Now after their long delay I then had to ask my carrier to assume responsibility for the damages & surrogate the other carrier. Again, Eric took the initive to prepare the damage package for my carrier and explain why the car was a constructive total loss. Fortunately my carrier was much quicker making their decision about the total loss & we are now negotiating the final value on my car.
Crash Champions is in the business of repairing cars. I have had other vehicles repaired there & their work & customer service is great. However, having employees like Eric to take the lead negotiating with two different carriers to insure I got a fair resolution on my claim reflected true customer service.
I can truly recommend Crash Champions in NW McKinney to take care of your needs when you have an accident.
