“I highly recommend New Image for any dent repairs! The customer service that Adam provided is second to none, which was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. Also, pricing is fair and transparent. My wife experienced a dent on the driver side of her car that she’s personally named. The dent appeared to have been caused by another car door. This definitely saddened her to have to look at this blemish every time she got in her car. I googled local dent repair services and New Image was on top of the list and now I know why. It turns out it was the wrong part that Ford sent me, but Rodney was up there and he said let me see if I can get this spot out of the one that’s on there. “The seat cover replacement for my vehicle was completed to a high standard. I would like to note, in particular, the honesty and diligence demonstrated by JR throughout the process. From the outset, he provided clear and direct information regarding the available options and associated considerations.
Although it was evident that JR possesses substantial knowledge regarding various vehicle makes and models, he nonetheless took the additional step of contacting the vehicle’s dealership to confirm the technical requirements related to this specific model, particularly concerning the heated seat components. Despite receiving incorrect information from the dealership, JR exercised sound judgment and problem-solving skills to address the issue and ultimately deliver a quality result.

“My 2009 Mazda 3 required both brake pads and rotors to be replaced, therefore I visited Autozone. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with the upmost hospitality which totally impacts and reflects in the overall atmosphere while present. Every representative made this experience pleasant as they are extremely attentive and informative, but I would like to add that Crystal S. current assistant manager is who truly stood up the most. As embarrassed as I am to admit, I committed a human error and forgot a few, important components needed in the brake service I attended to perform. Not only did she assure I collected the correct and proper equipment, but even when out of her way to provide me with all possible deals which I was not even aware of (which are a generous amount). Throughout my history as a client, most companies do the most to not honor, or even inform of any outgoing promotions, some might just deny it. It definitely is not a problem worth creating an inconvenience for so I have always just ignore it as it is not necessarily an employee requirement, but the few dollars I saved definitely have commence a long lasting relationship! “My experience may be different from others. My 2025 CRV EXL was involved in an accident 05/22/2026 on 380 when a westbound vehicle decided to cut through 5-6 lanes of stopped or slow moving traffic to hit my CRV in the extreme left eastbound and. The impact was the entire left side of my CRV. The car was moved to Crash Champions 05/26/2026 & I first met Eric & his assistance was invaluable. First, we had to deal with the other carriier who slow walked the process for 3 weeks. The damage was significant & from my past experience as an adjuster, it clearly appeared the car was a constructive total loss with the potential of significant salvage value. Eric did an outstanding job of evaluating the damages as well as significant repair time. He prepared this info for the other carrier and after their long delay, they agreed the car was a constructive total loss. However then they advised their insured only had minimum policy limits, $25K & those limits were not sufficient to pay the ACV of the car. Now after their long delay I then had to ask my carrier to assume responsibility for the damages & surrogate the other carrier. Again, Eric took the initive to prepare the damage package for my carrier and explain why the car was a constructive total loss. Fortunately my carrier was much quicker making their decision about the total loss & we are now negotiating the final value on my car.
Crash Champions is in the business of repairing cars. I have had other vehicles repaired there & their work & customer service is great. However, having employees like Eric to take the lead negotiating with two different carriers to insure I got a fair resolution on my claim reflected true customer service.
I can truly recommend Crash Champions in NW McKinney to take care of your needs when you have an accident.
