“I've never been IN this pharmacy but my daughter's dermatologist sent a prescription to them. My daughter is away at college so the medication has to be shipped. It was our first time using this pharmacy so there was some issue confirming the insurance so the prescription could be filled and shipped. Of course, any time you're dealing with insurance stuff it can be a pain! But when I called, I spoke with Jennifer and she took the time to figure it all out for me.
