“5/5 Stars! I’m a resident of Waco, TX who is on Medicare and had major back surgery in Dallas in January 2026. It’s now March 16, 2026. I’ve just picked up my Rollator, thanks to Tori and the team at AMS. I went through 5 medical supply companies (1 in Waco and 4 in Dallas area) and AMS was by far the easiest to deal with by phone. Imagine how thrilled I was when pick up took less than 10 minutes. As a nurse and a patient, I will definitely be using AMS again in the future.

“The absolute best. We drove an hour to get here, as none of our local CPAP supply stores had what we needed. It was definitely worth the drive. “We recently purchased one of their very lightweight motorized transport chairs. We just returned from using it for 3 weeks in Europe and it worked great, even on the old cobblestone streets. “I rented a wheelchair chair for my 89 year old father last week in Allen, NY. I had rented a wheel chair from Allen Medical. I asked for the wheelchair to be delivered at a hotel we were staying at nearby. I whole process to book a wheelchair was amazing easy and it was waiting at the front desk. It was nice and clean and very reasonably priced!! My dad was very happy with the chair and the ease of its use. Thank you.”

“My grandmother’s scooter horn was making a long, continuous, aggravating sound, so I brought it in for an assessment. The technician quickly identified the issue and fixed it at no charge, which we truly appreciated.
On a separate visit, my grandmother returned to purchase a new scooter, and Zach went above and beyond to help her. He found a qualifying program that allowed her to purchase a new scooter at a discount.

I went there on a Saturday a little before closing which was totally my fault so I didn’t get to spent too much time there, but in the short time I loved how organized everything was and it the stock was accurate to what the website indicated.
