Literally anything you get from here grows in our area so its nearly impossible to have a brown thumb. They have a great assortment of gifts for the garden lovers in your circle and in person/online classes for learning tips in our area. We are blessed to have this gem in our town!”

She did an excellent job in helping us select flowers that are drought resistant and that can thrive in TX weather. I love the fact that she owns her own nursery as well, so you know the quality is superior. Her team did an excellent job installing and she was even on site to organize the layout. Will definitely be using her for other projects!”

“I was looking for some sods for my backyard and I went to several stores but none of them had it in stock and didn't know when it would be available. But North Texas Palms & Pottery were able to provide sods by rolls and their service was excellent. Although my business is small, they were very welcoming. If you are looking for sods or other garden products, don't hesitate to come here.”

“I was recently in to return some tools for my company and everything was going smooth. Customer service was more than happy to help. I was told to get the tool that was warranted and bring it to them to exchange it. As I’m walking back to the front an older employee named Jose approached me and started to give me a hard time about the exchange. He stated he worked for customer service and started to ramble on how the tools should be exchanged. Seemed like he just wanted to complain and was trying to take his anger out on my co-workers and I. We found out later he lied about working in customer service and likes to do this often to customers. Thought it was weird but in the end customer service did an amazing job and we were able to get an exchange done. As for José do better and quit harassing customers with lies.”
