“Excellent communications and sent a photo of the selected tree - a 95G Red Oak. Delivered promptly as promised with no damage. I inspected the tree root ball (I planted it - and it was not root-bound, also as promised. I expect to have no issues. However, and Treeland states this in advance, there is NO WARRANTY unless Treeland plants it for you and ONLY at a primary residence. Just my opinion, but I think a limited warranty and perhaps for a small fee should be offered; especially for those of us who are professionally licensed (as I am in multiple disciplines including Engineering, Building and Landscaping. My process for installing in on my YT channel "Frugal Bear".”

“Most people would think that home depots are all the same but is not true, for example, I went to this location because I needed to fix or change my moen shower valve which would leak after closing, long story short I took pictures and showed them to 2 young guys that were together organizing at that home depot location, to my surprise they told me exactly what I needed to get, also a special tool that I needed ?and how to do it, really good tips and tricks that I really needed and worked well, this really 2 young guys that you'd expect to pull out a phone and investigate where the part was did exactly the opposite, the grab the parts for me quickly and gave me advice. Later at night I had to come back to get a locking pin that I had lost when installing and they were probably home. However, there was an older guy that showed me exactly where the locking pin was and gave me wonderful tips and tricks also, he knew what he was talking about. Excellent employees at this home depot. Thank you”
