They are helpful, and some of them are incredibly knowledgable. Was looking specifically for a planter to go in my front yard, and even though everything they had was very beautiful, they did not have many options in price ranges. Either the top, best price, or nothing! So I left with nothing even though I would much rather support a small local business.”

“The tulips were phenomenal! So bright and full of colors…. Be sure to go when the sun is out, avoid rainy weather since it gets super muddy. It’s about 1hr from Richardson with plenty of parking spots. The roads leading up to the farm is a little shabby - they have a lot of construction going on there! I recommend taking an SUv / truck as opposed to small sedans.It’s $5 dollar/ person and $2.5 / each tulip. I wish it was a little cheaper ( I am a broke grad student) but still took few bulbs back home! They bloomed beautifully!!! Going back here once I start earning more in the near future!”

“Friendly service from most members but few are abnoxious . One draw back - mostly on all home Depot. They combine the lines for Returns , Online Pickup Orders and payments. That's d*** as online pickup gets slower. I would rather come and quickly pick and pay self-service. Hope they change that”

“Most people would think that home depots are all the same but is not true, for example, I went to this location because I needed to fix or change my moen shower valve which would leak after closing, long story short I took pictures and showed them to 2 young guys that were together organizing at that home depot location, to my surprise they told me exactly what I needed to get, also a special tool that I needed ?and how to do it, really good tips and tricks that I really needed and worked well, this really 2 young guys that you'd expect to pull out a phone and investigate where the part was did exactly the opposite, the grab the parts for me quickly and gave me advice. Later at night I had to come back to get a locking pin that I had lost when installing and they were probably home. However, there was an older guy that showed me exactly where the locking pin was and gave me wonderful tips and tricks also, he knew what he was talking about. Excellent employees at this home depot. Thank you”

“I found the online site confusing and it did give a better option of substitution. But the prepaid option for free delivery hasn't worked for me. Maybe it will after this pandemic. But the whole reason for the delivery IS the Covid! But , y'all gotta be grateful we have food and people willing to go out and do their jobs right now. I went to get my meds yesterday and was amazed to see people NO masks and NO gloves.”
