“The front desk was friendly and accommodating and Dr, Thompson was friendly, he listened and was wonderful with my dog. He sat on the floor with her for most of her exam and she loved him. Dogs are great judges of character. He and the tech who helped (I didn't get his name), were judged A-OK.”
“FIVE STARS is well deserved!Our precious cat is getting bloodwork again. My doctor is semi retired so I saw Dr. Rippy today. She’s fabulous! I’m sticking with her going forward. And the vet tech, Mary is so awesome, too!Everyone here is amazing. It can be busy but they are always friendly and efficient. Their interaction with the pets demonstrates their commitment to the animal’s health, comfort and well being. Kudos to a job that is always well done!”

“Cross Timbers has been my vet for 4 years now. I highly recommend them. Staff and vets are always kind and make my dog Stella and I feel very comfortable. Stella has had many dental cleanings and just recently had a tumor removed from her eye with Dr. Daniels. I always feel like my pet is cared for like she is their pet as well. The facility is very nice and clean too. Highly recommend”

We were at a loss on how to proceed with a realisticly affordable treatment plan faced with our only options which appeared to be to put him down or watch him deteriorate on a daily basis. Medical treatments that is unrealistically out of reach of affordability is the same as no medical at all. You all made it possible to have some hope to maintain our Max without breaking the bank. “I’ve been going to Virginia Parkway Pet Hospital since Dr Reno took over the practice about 10 years ago. Dr Reno has cared for our English and French Bulldogs and given them outstanding care. Our little Frenchie has an on-going medical issue which has been very challenging to diagnose, manage and care for but Dr Reno has been tireless in her pursuit to help her and to offer treatment options. Dr Reno is very knowledgeable, spends as much time as you’d like explaining what’s going on with your pet and truly cares for your pet. Het office staff is friendly and helpful, particularly Rachel. I can not recommend her more. Five stars!”
“I came here when my dog ate a corn cob and we needed him seen asap. When I tell you this is the best and most compassionate vet’s office I truly mean it. They got us in same day, did a thorough check on him and were able to get him to bring up all the cob pieces. The dr and staff explained everything to me very clearly and were so understanding. They also took my dogs personality into consideration and made lots of steps to make sure he was comfortable and under the least amount of stress possible. “The whole staff showed attentiveness, professionalism and compassion to our beloved dog when he was brought in for an emergency visit. He unfortunately passed away not soon after. I could tell they truly tried everything they could for our boy in the short time he had left. The staff made sure he was made comfortable and was given loving care right up until the end. “Windmill Vet Center is a really good place to take your cat. Friendly people and very knowledgeable. We took in a very young stray that got pregnant, but luckily Windmill was able to spay her in time through a surgery and now she's fully recovered (and staying inside with us now!)”

“They have taken great care of my doxies. We came from CA a year ago so getting good vet care was a priority..They also do grooming there and have a small dog kennel, it works great for us since our dogs were rescues and we didn't want them to traumatized.”
