“Was a walk-in first thing on a Saturday morning with a very sick dog. They worked her in immediately, diagonosed her, stablized her and called Emergency Animal hospital since it was a weekend and she would need overnight care, where they were waiting on her.”

“Took my cat for spay surgery, she had a smooth operation with clear directions on what to look out for afterwards. I was given additional pain medication to ease any pain she might experience afterwards. She has rebounded quickly and her surgical area has stayed clean and closed. Your veterinarian tech Lana followed up the next day to check on Tara’s condition and shows just how much your team cares about their patients. You guys have a first class operation!!!”
“The service is really great and the staff are actually supportive to the animal and the person! Amazing! Don’t see that much any more. Dr. Bobo is wise, but also practical and goes for the root of the problem when needed, or will prescribe a med if it can be convenient and effective for the animal.”

“I have taken all 3 animals to Meadow Brook, I seen multiple doctors since there were emergencies but I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. They take such good care of my two dogs and cat. I live 45 mins away and still go see them. I high suggest Meadow Brook”

“I just want to say what an incredible vet they are compared to others in Collin county. A nearby ER vet claimed our vomiting but vaccinated 3-month-old puppy had Parvo and was going to die even though he was walking, had no fever, and no bloody stool, suggested $7k in treatment. King Vet kept him overnight with IV fluids and he was eating and happy the next day. It was just a stomach flu, not Parvo. Tiny fraction of the cost. King Vet has way more experience and ethics. Call King Vet for an appointment (You must have an appointment, this isn't ER)”
“Since returning the doctors and staff are as accommodating and congenial as they were before. It seems even more so. It may be because I have returned after the office moved and missed the good service. I am not sure, but you guys have always been kind and thorough. On my most recent visit, the team and Dr. Smith were attentive and prices are always reasonable. Service was personalized and top notch. The atmosphere has always been calm and inviting.”
“We have used Virginia Parkway Pet Hospital for our black lab's medical needs for over nine years. Dr. Reno, Dr. Pena, and their staff are the BEST. They've helped us through our dog's varied health needs--- from minor infections and illnesses to more serious ones. Most recently, our dog was diagnosed with diabetes, which was very daunting for us. But both Dr. Reno and Dr. Pena, along with their excellent staff, equipped us with the knowledge and skills needed to learn his new medical routine so he can continue to thrive at home. We've asked many questions, and they are patient to answer every one, to explain things clearly and thoroughly, and to help an overwhelming situation seem very manageable. We also have used their boarding services several times, and they are excellent as well. Our dog is an important member of our family, and we are extremely grateful for the loving and knowledgeable care that he continues to receive from Virginia Parkway Pet Hospital. If you need a vet for your pet, I highly encourage you to reach out to them.”

“I have only GREAT things to say about this Banfield location! I brought my cat in, in almost an emergency situation, and she was taken in with care and urgency. The front staff were wonderful, the assistants who came out to pick up Daisy were wonderful and caring and truly concerned about my little girl. She hadn't eaten in five days and wasn't going potty. Dr. Soltys and staff treated my cat as if she were their own. I had to bring her back two days later because she was still not eating etc. They remembered her name and mine as well, and that personal touch makes you feel special. Dr. Soltys called me many times herself, providing updates and direction. She didn't have another staff member give me updates, she called me. When I had to take my cat to a specialist, they recommended another wonderful ER, and after three days, my sweet pet came home. I went back to Banfield to pick up some medicine and Dr. Soltys took the time to come out to speak with me and I hugged her! She is such a warm, caring person. I wouldn't want anyone else to be my pet's doctor. This is a person you want looking after your pet. Someone who loves them like you do. I love this place and will always go there for my cat's needs. Thank you so much, Dr. Soltys!! We both love you!”
