“We needed to replace the awning on our 2022 Winnebago View 24 V and decided to stop by the Kerrville dealershp where we purchased the unit. John Gilbert did an excellent job ordering the correct replacement awning from the manufacturer and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. The part arrived as promised and Kelley Hanks did an excellent job on the installation.

“On a cold Sunday morning, my battery gave up. After a jumpstart, I drove straight to advance auto parts. The general manager, for the store was the only employee there, and so he helped me find the right battery for my truck, and because he had no employees there that day, he gave me the tools. I needed to step out front and remove my old worn out battery and replace it with the new battery. He just sold me. What made this so much Lo more impressive is because he didn't have employees there to help me, He gave me a discount on the battery. That is what is the true measure of great customer service! I am a fan of this location from this day forward!”

“Needed two tires dismounted/mounted/balanced. Everywhere in kerrville wanted over $60 bucks minimum, with an extremely long wait. Called ultimate on Junction HWY, $50 total, was in and out in under 15 minutes. Before their state inspector quit, I also went here for a motorcycle inspection. Was equally as easy and less than 5 minutes. Will continue to do business here.”

“I was out of town when my battery purchased from O'Reilly Auto Parts in Columbus, TX two years previously was having problems charging so Kenneth from the Kerrville location tested the alternator and battery and concluded that the battery needed to be replaced. He did not endorse anyone but provided me a list of three mechanics I could call to replace the battery which went smooth. I returned the old battery and received a full refund on the new one since it was within the warranty period. Kenneth and the Kerrville O'Reilly Auto Parts store is a positive reflection on the O'Reilly brand and is why customers are loyal to the O'Reilly brand.”
