“Needed two tires dismounted/mounted/balanced. Everywhere in kerrville wanted over $60 bucks minimum, with an extremely long wait. Called ultimate on Junction HWY, $50 total, was in and out in under 15 minutes. Before their state inspector quit, I also went here for a motorcycle inspection. Was equally as easy and less than 5 minutes. Will continue to do business here.”

“This store seems to lean towards heavy duty trucks/tractor trailers/ farm and construction equipment. they have very heavy duty stuff like large hydrolic hoses, chains and other heavy duty hardware. But they also have car parts tools hardware like screws and bolts air compressor parts and adapters. This is no ordinary auto parts store and is worth looking around specialty for gear heads. Next time I need parts I'm going back jus5 to look around again. Worth checking out!”

“Note I'm reviewing the staff, not the quality of parts. The employees of the store have no control over the quality control in manufacturing. I bought an alternator at this location last December. I was driving today and my battery light came on. I pulled in and Nate came out and hooked it to their diagnostic and sure enough the voltage regulator in the new alternator was bad after 11 months. It was a little after noon and he said he didn't have one in stock but could have one brought in from San Antonio around 3pm. I decided to just hang out, eat lunch and wait. Sure enough, 3:05 part was there. I want in and was lacking a specific size wrench and Sam found one for me to borrow. Swapped out the part for the new one. No muss or fuss about the warranty, didn't cost me a dime and they didn't hassle me about the warranty like a lot of places would. These guys were friendly and awesome and my thanks to both of you!. Definitely recommend shopping here!”
“Thomas and Thor were awesome really helped me out with my oil drain plug that was leaking after ken Stoepel Ford did the oil change and didn't replace the crush washer and they over filled the oil by a quart!!
