“They are so helpful. Did have alittle trouble but they were new with the store so it is understandable. Over all they were able to get me the parts I needed when I broke down. The manager was very nice and helpful and gave all the info and experience she knew on to fix my radiator hose. Would definitely go back there again in a heart beat. Kerrville isn't that far away but center point was nicer and friendlier and helpful to this old lady. I would definitely recommend ? ?”

“Needed two tires dismounted/mounted/balanced. Everywhere in kerrville wanted over $60 bucks minimum, with an extremely long wait. Called ultimate on Junction HWY, $50 total, was in and out in under 15 minutes. Before their state inspector quit, I also went here for a motorcycle inspection. Was equally as easy and less than 5 minutes. Will continue to do business here.”

“Note I'm reviewing the staff, not the quality of parts. The employees of the store have no control over the quality control in manufacturing. I bought an alternator at this location last December. I was driving today and my battery light came on. I pulled in and Nate came out and hooked it to their diagnostic and sure enough the voltage regulator in the new alternator was bad after 11 months. It was a little after noon and he said he didn't have one in stock but could have one brought in from San Antonio around 3pm. I decided to just hang out, eat lunch and wait. Sure enough, 3:05 part was there. I want in and was lacking a specific size wrench and Sam found one for me to borrow. Swapped out the part for the new one. No muss or fuss about the warranty, didn't cost me a dime and they didn't hassle me about the warranty like a lot of places would. These guys were friendly and awesome and my thanks to both of you!. Definitely recommend shopping here!”
“Thomas and Thor were awesome really helped me out with my oil drain plug that was leaking after ken Stoepel Ford did the oil change and didn't replace the crush washer and they over filled the oil by a quart!! Thanks to Thomas and Thor I got in and out of their in 20 min awesome job and great service!”
