“I had an issue with a battery the day after an oil change and didn’t figure it out until nearly closing time. Tristan, the manager there for 4 years, took it upon himself to come to my house, check the battery and other parts. He eventually swapped battery out, at my house, on his own time, (it was 7 by the time he finished) to make sure I was taken care of.
Ethan, the assistant manager was incredibly professional when I was not. He quickly assessed the situation and got Tristan on the line, and my issue was handled They have a fantastic team at Valvoline 155.

“Christ-l and the team at Jimmy Brown's are amazing. I was in town on a business trip, living in DFW. My brake line broke in the afternoon, making my car undrivable. They got me in immediately, knowing my situation and timing to get it fixed, unable to sit around for days. The crew worked hard to have it ready by the next morning for me to leave. I have always received first class treatment there, even when they were very busy (which is most of the time). I have come to know many of the service guys that have worked there, and they have all been very friendly, and efficient. I have never had a bad experience there, and i would expect most all of their regular customers would say the same thing. They are the best!!”
