Mr. Clayton was kind enough to let me know of my oil level, what an amazing way to go above and beyond! Such an amazing team, highly recommend for any of your maintenance needs!”
“Today’s experience was great. The guys were quick and efficient didn’t have to wait in the long line of cars was able to get in and out get back on the road grab dinner. I make it home in time. I’ve used Jiffy Lube on enough for many years and after today’s visit, I’ll definitely make sure to bring my car back.”

“I’ve been getting oil changes and inspections done here, for a couple years now and am always surprised by how good the prices are compared to anywhere else I’ve ever gone for these services. The employees are friendly, honest, helpful and knowledgeable. They never surprise you with expensive additional costs and they’re so quick! I’ve never had to wait long, even when there have been other customers ahead of me! If I could only recommend one single business in Tyler, Royal Lube may very well be the one. I plan to keep coming back for years to come.”
“My 2018 F-150 check engine light started flashing on my way home from work to Tyler from Sulphur Springs. I stopped by, and Dean was able to work me in right away. They diagnosed the issue as a bad ignition coil, ordered the replacement part, had it delivered, and installed it — all within about an hour. Excellent service and very reasonable pricing!”
“I came in to get my oil checked to see if it needed a top off. They had already shut off the compressor for the day because they were technically closed. They checked my oil and it was a little bit Low and they turn the compressor back on just so they could top off my oil and make sure to top off all my other fluids as well. Both of their names were Thai, which is crazy to me, but these young men were wonderful and they went above and beyond what their job description would be I will be a customer for life.”

“Andrew and his crew were awesome! They showed me multiple different oil options as well as checked all my lights a fluids. They showed me multiple services they offered and if we’re honest if it would benefit my personal situation. To top it all off they had me out within 15 minutes!”
“I cannot say enough nice things about this place! Chip quoted us a reasonable price for the work we needed done on our car. And then he said it wasn't as bad as he thought and only charged us maybe a little over half of the original quote! Most of the places I've been would have just charged me full price and never said a word. I am so thankful for goolsby tires this place is awesome I highly recommend it if you want good work done at a honest and fair price”

“Christ-l and the team at Jimmy Brown's are amazing. I was in town on a business trip, living in DFW. My brake line broke in the afternoon, making my car undrivable. They got me in immediately, knowing my situation and timing to get it fixed, unable to sit around for days. The crew worked hard to have it ready by the next morning for me to leave. “Saturday morning oil change: Extremely efficient and timely. Definitely within 15 minutes. Senior technician Kevin was great and respectful towards my needs of the day as well as offering solutions to any future problems. I was told the manager's name is Fred. He has done a wonderful job with performance at this location. I was able to go online and find a $15 off of my synthetic oil change so that's always nice. Great customer service and great service today guys thanks so much!”

It didn't arrive on time, and Ralph, the owner, went to Shreveport to pick it up so they could get the work done and get me back on the road. Mechanics to a great job. Everyone is very personable, especially Sarah and Ralph. I highly recommend them and will continue to have my work done here.”

“Was in and out fairly quickly but other places are cheaper. They were trying to talk me into anything they could I didn't need. They did check out everything like I was getting an inspection sticker. At least they saw my lights above my tags were out but wanted $30 to replace them. Just put new wipers on in December and they wanted to replace those also. I bought the lights at the auto store for under $10 and my son replaced them. They did check everything trying to make more money. I think they saw a woman come in so thought they could stick it to me. Only reason I went there I was in a hurry leaving on Vacation and d I didn't have time to wait at some place cheaper.”

“Been going there for years. Love da place never had any issues. They treat u like family. They take good care of u and if u have any mechanical issues they look at that as well. Price there is very reasonable, I've gone to other oil changes spots like Valvoline, 5 minute oil change and other spots and they charge u way more there for just an oil change.”
