“It's always so hard to find a reliable trust worthy company especially when you are a women. Crystal was so great it was a pleasure to work with her! I was planning a trip out of town and of course the day before I leave a weird light comes on my dash. The dealership could not fit me in and were going to charge me a very high diagnostic fee. Crystal went above and beyond to try and figure out what was going on. They didn't find anything wrong with my car and didn't charge me anything!! I highly recommend them!!! I will be using them for all future brake and tire needs.”

“Customer service of the kind I received at Donnybrook is rare these days. I live in Houston, but my adult daughter, who also lives in Houston, called me from Tyler to tell me her car wouldn't run, so she had left it at a convenience store and taken an Uber to her destination (heading to hospital where a friend was having surgery). I got on Google Maps to find the store where her car was, then looked for nearby auto repair shops. Jackpot! Donnybrook Automotive was nearby and had excellent reviews. BUT, it was late. Luckily, Donnybrook lists an after-hours telephone number on their website, and when I called, the owner, Gary Stewart, answered! I explained my complicated situation, and Gary took it all in stride. He put me in touch with a reliable local towing service that picked up my daughter's car (without her having to be there), took it to the shop, and left the keys in the Night Drop. The next morning, Dean called me and explained the car's problems in detail, putting me at ease with his obvious expertise. That afternoon, Debbie (I think) called to tell me the car was ready. I was even able to pay the very reasonable bill over the phone so my daughter wouldn't have to worry about it. Crisis averted, and Daddy looks like a hero!Donnybrook Automotive is so good, it makes me wish I still lived near Tyler so I could take my cars there!”

“I had an alternator put on my car. Felipe is an excellent mechanic who’s very honest. His prices are reasonable and he doesn’t price gouge the first alternator was from Autozone and Autozone sold me a bad alternator. I took it back to Felipe at The Mouse Head and once he found out the alternator was bad he dealt with Autozone and getting the right replacement Alternator. I highly recommend Felipe at The Mouse Head he’s a wonderful person who is honest and professional.
