“This business has a new owner (Dan Koth) and is under new management, so this review is about the business now, as I've never encountered the previous owners. My husband and I are moving to the area soon, and needed a small storage unit for some things that won't fit into our new home. Dan has been amazing from the jump! We were waiting to see if the homeowner had accepted our bid on the house we are moving into, and Dan kindly held a 10x10 unit for us while we waited to find out. We got it, obviously, and we also got the storage unit. Dan is a very cool, kind guy. He was almost as excited about us getting our new home as we were! Also, he is a straight shooter. He doesn't try to upsell you into a larger unit that you don't need. You tell him what size you need, and that's that. I can see now why, even though he has many, many storage units, they go fast. No, they aren't climate controlled, or contained in some massive building, but they are immaculately clean, and the buildings which contain the storage units are in amazing condition. Another perk is that Dan lives on-site, so, if you need in to your unit after closing hours, you just call him, and he'll let you in. He also keeps an eye on things to assure no one can just break into your unit. For the amazing prices he charges, you can't beat the value and he's so personable, that the husband and I don't want to store our stuff anywhere else. It also helps that he's only about a 5 minute drive from our new house, and not all that far from our old one, so we've been storing things there that will eventually move into the house with us. If you live in the Athens/Brownsboro/Edom/Chandler/Murchison area, you won't find a better storage place, I guarantee it!”
