We had trouble with two individual locks and called Management for assistance. Michelle with Management met us both times was courteous and professional. She solved our problems with the locks, replaced the locks and we were back to work.
The facility is clean, organized and safe.”

“I've had good experience with Calloway road storage. However I did have a leak on the the roof and got some of my boxes wet and the floor was wet but they were quick to get on the roof and fix it and I didn't find any items that were affected in the boxes.”

“All in all, a good storage location. However, they don't have an onsite office or any bathrooms, and they don't have climate controlled units. All the flood lamps are on one end of the complex, so at night it is pretty dark on the deeper side.”
“We recently needy storage and selected the Paluxy location because it was close to our home.
We were extremely pleased with the climate controlled units we received.
Very clean, no issues at all and we always felt very safe dropping off or picking up items.
Amber was excellent providing us the services we needed and answering all our questions. Would 100 percent recommend this facility based on customer service alone!”
