They dont answer AT ALL. I asked for my rental to be dropped off to my house through my insurance hours ago and I still havent heard from them. Made a mistake to choose this location

I told the man I've booked my rental online and he still charged me a second time. Now I have been trying to get my money back for 2 months now and they keep giving me the run around.
