I later discovered a mistake at the Budget rental car office at the airport, and it was difficult to get it corrected. However, an employee named Yeli at the local office kindly and quickly resolved the issue. I really appreciate his effort.

Thank you to DERRICK! I got there, was processed in, briefly went over rental details, costs, etc and was out with my rental in less than 20mins.
