From the very beginning they were incredibly helpful and generous, which made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. I’m so glad I chose this venue. The coordinator was amazing he stayed on top of everything and was very attentive throughout the event. Our guests also kept telling us how delicious the food was it was the chicken and pasta. I would definitely book with them again in the future and highly recommend them! Also their mango margaritas was a huge hit ?”

“Sylvan Beach Pavilion is an absolutely stunning venue! We had the honor of bringing our photo booth to the wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Reyna on 11.22.24, and everything about the event was perfect. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the space is beautiful, with an amazing sea view that added such a romantic touch to the celebration. If you’re looking for a venue with breathtaking waterfront scenery, this is the place to be. Highly recommend Sylvan Beach Pavilion for weddings and special occasions!”

“Hands down one of the best guest service experiences we have ever had. Charmaine at the front desk is exceptional. From the moment we called in when we arrived at the airport, to check in & throughout our stay, she made us feel welcomed, valued & taken care of. As frequent travelers, we notice great service when we see it, and Charmaine truly stands out.
Our teenage girls even mentioned how friendly she was, which is rare praise coming from teens. She goes above and beyond for guests, and how we were treated, confirmed we made the right choice staying here.
The airport shuttle was a huge plus, and the driver was super friendly. The hotel was clean & the beds were comfortable. Staying here & Ubering to the cruise port was a smarter option than paying premium prices to stay in Galveston. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“Love to see moribund churches being repurposed into something beneficial to the community!!! When a friend had a play here, we jumped at the chance to come and show support! The place is still very much looking like a church on the outside (the sign is just a banner for now), but the space is very large and there are numerous bathrooms, which are both huge pluses! Our event had a bar and food for sale. The sound system was awesome! There were many volunteers to help, but getting in and getting tickets needed a bit of work. Overall we had a great time here & recommend the space for all sorts of events!”

“This was the first time I stayed at the location. I was surprised by how nice the room was. Recently remodeled and a good job was done. All the staff was very friendly. Rooms are nice and comfortable with all the amenities that you'll need. From a full size fridge, to dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and free washer and dryer. Don't forget to enjoy the gas grill in the gazebo in the back next to the pool. Hotel is also pet friendly. I will be staying here again in the future.”

I went in looking for a small venue for my daughter’s XV! I got that and a lot more for a great price! And no “hidden fees”. The Owner, Norma was personal and accommodating to my needs. “I rented this hall back in 2021, and now that I’ve been around the venue again more recently (after the upgrades)
The improvements are very noticeable.
Back then the floor wasn’t finished, and now it’s been fully upgraded with tile. The walls are actually painted, the restrooms are updated, the overall space looks clean, and well maintained.
The hall has new additions such as; ceiling fan chandeliers, baby changing stations, security cameras, a new fridge, a projector, and upgraded tables & chairs.
It is clear that a lot of work has gone into improving the space, and it’s worth checking out if you’re looking for an event hall.”

The owners did all they could to make everything run smooth. The owner gave her advice and expertise to make our party perfect. Everyone had such a wonderful time at this beautiful hall. “There are fairly limited options in the area and we found this to be one of the nicer hotel options available. The location is conveniently located right off the highway with several dining options nearby you could even walk to. There is also grocery and shopping areas very conveniently located close. They offer limited continental breakfast that varies each day. It wasn’t gormet but great for grab and go. The rooms were clean and modern. The restrooms could use some maintenance (at least in our room). The water pressure in the sinks are so overwhelming that they literally spray everywhere when using. The showers unfortunately are lacking any pressure whatsoever. Overall a decent place to stay locally.”
“My son and I went two separate days this weekend. To celebrate his birthday he wanted to see Fantastic four and Superman movie ?. We live about 5 minutes from the theater and as always we enjoy it. We went Friday and yesterday Saturday.”
“Skate Town USA is a blast! My family and I had a great time skating together. The rink is spacious, clean, and well-lit. My kids loved the fun music and games. My man and I enjoyed some quality time skating, laughing, and making memories. A perfect outing for families!”
“Fun course! Slow play on a Sunday afternoon with no starter. The course was very fun with many tall trees. The course was generally in good condition. A few greens and tees had rough spots, but most were in good shape, as were the fairways and sand bunkers. The front 9 was much more secluded through the woods and the back 9 had houses on both sides of almost every hole. It was worth the trip for my group!”
