About Candlewood Suites Houston I-10 East, an IHG Hotel
Candlewood Suites Houston I-10 East is a great place to stay with very pleasant and helpful staff who provide great customer service. Guests describe the rooms as large, clean, organized, and comfortable with comfy beds. The hotel is very reasonably priced and definitely worth the price, with a nice gym as well. The location is noted as not so great or tough, though it is considered completely safe. While rooms are not serviced often, the staff will switch out towels when asked. Many guests recommend staying here and state they will definitely be back.
I was doing an accessment here for an insurance claim. I works on-site for the days. The hotel staff was above and beyond curious, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If I ever needed a hotel in this area, this would be my first choice.

Hotel is great, staff is nice. There's some remodeling happening but it's not an issue. Lobby coffee is good and they have a little store for snacks and forgotten items. You can cook in the rooms which is a money saver in Houston. The neighborhood is a bit old and run down but I never felt in danger. I'd stay here again

Very clean and comfortable. This is my go to when working out of the port.
